Took 20 minutes just to get drinks and there were only maybe 6 people in there to eat other thank us. The food was terrible. The steaks tasted like they were cooked on a dirty burnt grill. It was overall bad
People have to realize when an establishment doesn't have workers (short staffed, then a rush comes in of course you will not have the greatest service....three to four cooks on the line reduced to two, cause business was slow .Out of six servers now it's reduced to 3 maybe 2 then Boom everyone showed up at the same time . Now the restaurant is in chaos because it's short staffed and full of guest. Now it takes longer for your food to come out , longer for people to be seated ,and longer to be served. Overall Wednesday and Thursday you want the best steak the best pasta and juicy chicken come in after 6.pm.
My husband and I visited Applebee's last week and our server Kerry was exceptional. She was so polite and friendly. She was also our hostess. Food was great as well as drinks. We will be back soon. Hopefully we will have the pleasure of having her serve us again.
Will not be returning to this location. The service was terrible. Two of us got our food while the other two in our party had to wait another 10 minutes (at least) for theirs and you could tell the plates had been sitting under a heat lamp for that entire time. The waitress never came to check on us. Never came to refill drinks. There were literally two tables being waited on while the rest of the restaurant was empty. No manager on duty. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Ever. Also, it's obvious the health inspector has never looked up at the black, moldy, gross ceiling either. Smdh
If you’re lucky to have Melissa as your bartender you’re in for a rare treat ! Not only is she drop dead beautiful but her personality is engaging and friendly that makes you feel like you just met a new friend. Her drinks she makes are the bomb. Seriously , all the staff here are engaging and friendly. The food is cooked to perfection ( bourbon steak is my go to never disappoints). Shout out to my boy Tristan the manager. He runs a tight ship but his employees love him he’s doing a great job !
Great staff! Great food! Chuck is the best! They fed our Pineridge Highschool Band and in such short notice! Highly recommend!!
The young man that served us was great but the food wasn't. Bread sticks were hard, the alfredo barely had any sauce even tho we ordered extra sauce when the order was placed and the broccoli was way under cooked. My family and i hadn't been going to this location bc every time we go there we get the same disappointment but we decided to give it a try but the only thing good this time was our drinks and our server.
We went to Applebees at 6:00pm on a Monday and we got seated right away. The place was pretty much empty as we only saw maybe five or six tables full and a couple of people at the bar.We ordered a couple of burgers and they came out incorrect. She touched our food in front of us as she was taking it away but assured us, after we brought it up, when she came back that she had them remake the burger. It was believable and she apologized. When finally served the correct meal we still had no napkins and there were not any napkins at the ready and couldn’t really see any in sight. In retrospect we should had asked for them upfront instead of having to get up and look to no avail.Because the place was scarce, the TVs were never changed off the local channels and thus the local new was on loud enough to hear it no matter where you sat. We were with kids under 11 and the second lead In story was about kidnappings and missing 12-year olds who were found years later. Not what you want to hear and it turned the conversation the wrong way, using menus to block the TVs until we could get it turned down and changed and left soon there after. It wasn’t a total bad experience per se, but there were enough people standing around that this could have taken care of right away and avoided. We won’t be going back because it requires too much effort at higher prices to have an average experience for the group.
Restaurant was filthy. Almost every table still had food and drinks on them. The floor had food on it. My family sat at a table where there was a disgusting broom and dustpan right behind my child's chair. It took almost ten minutes to even be seated. Then another 10 minutes to receive our drinks, after ordering them, and another 5 to get straws. Multiple patrons, including us, had to wait for refills from waitresses. We never did receive refills, nor were asked if we needed any. The buns to my burger were charred and tasted burnt. My burger was undercooked, extremely greasy, and pink. The sauce that was supposed to be put on my burger was put on my wife's burger. The boneless wings were minimal in size, and I included a picture. We did feel bad for the hostess though. Although she kept taking off to go do things before seating us, when she finally did try, all the tables in the area were not cleaned and still had food and drinks on them. We went to another area, where we ended up staying, and she was unaware of who our waitress was even going to be. This is where we noticed food under our table, and the disgusting broom and dustpan sitting against the wall. The hostess apologized multiple times, stating she had just come in and was trying to get set up for the night. There was one good thing about our visit though, other than leaving the restaurant. When we went to pay the check our waitress was very quick on that.Overall, we will NOT be visiting this Applebee's ever again. Our visit, considering everything that happened, was possibly the worst experience we've ever had at a sit down restaurant.
I ordered the macaroni & cheese with chicken tenders on top. It's been really good in the past, but today it was penne with a thin white sauce and the chicken tenders were small and overcooked. The bread stick was hard and cold. My husband's burger was awesome, however! Our server was friendly and attentive.
