Eating these ribs is like kissing an angel. Sorry, but I could not wait to take the picture before taking my first fight. Tender, with a sweet aftertaste you almost don't need any sauce but just almost because their sauce really finishes it.The only complaint I have about their sides is there also good is hard for me to pick.And speaking of angels, their smart, capable front of house, "S." is the most beautiful thing anywhere from Gainesville to Tallahassee
What can I say...? The ribs were damn near perfect. The pickle chips were surprisingly delicious and the fried okra hit the spot.The sauces were great. I'd type more but I'm slipping into that wonderful southern bbq coma that feels like heaven. Perfect Evening delight at twilight.
We ordered Chicken Sandwich plate and Pork Sandwich plate. When my chicken sandwich plate came, it only had one piece of garlic bread. I asked why I did not have two because of my sandwich. the black waitress said 'oh you wanted 2?' I said yes I ordered the chicken sandwich. My husband said you can have one of mine. I did not know she had put down a chicken dinner plate until I went to pay (it cost more). When I mentioned that was not what I ordered, the waitress said, 'You ate the plate of food and I have to charge you'. We checked out at 1:47:01PM, Sequence # 0000115, ID# 0772834. The meal was good, but we will probably not be back. The waitress knew I ordered a chicken sandwich at the table and failed to credit me. Neither did she come back to the table to check on us to see if we wanted more water. We are a elderly retired couple. Joye Woodall
I ordered the beef brisket platter. The brisket was tough and very hard to chew and the green beans just came out of a can. The potato salad was very good.
I'm simultaneously happy and sad that the new location is closer to me. Happy for my stomach, sad for my wallet. :-)My purchases have been limited to bulk purchases of pork, brisket, and poultry and the occasional side of mac and cheese. Everything that I purchased has been well cooked, tender, and flavorful.The only things that have ever been chewy are when I've asked specifically asked for burnt ends, but then you have to work for that flavor.
Food was just terrible, my first & last time trying this place…the meat was tough, dry & bland…avoid if you can

it was wonderful today. we had a 3 rib dinner and it was fantastic. all the food was hot and cooked to perfection. nice way to start the new year with a Adam's 3 rib dinner.
The fold and customer service is awesome. I would highly recommend an expedience of eating there. its a treat cor real.
