The chicken and fries were good. The bread was dried out. The soda machine is in need of a deep cleaning. This isn’t over night this is neglect on the soda machine. Should be cleaned nightly.
Always consistent. Go there for lunch at least once a week. Other than the grilled chicken sandwich sometimes has ranch on it, I have no complaints.
Every Zaxby's I've been to has been great....except this one. Food quality, service, and store cleanliness were on par with your average gas station. With a few gallons of bleach, new management, and new staff, there might be hope for this store.
We’ll…ya know…it was okay. Would have been really good if I got some darn “wipe my mouth” cloths. But he’ll, it happens.
Need to hire people who know what their doing especially taking orders in drive through! I always order the same thing. 3 out of 5 times it’s wrong! At least this time she told me I was getting plain chicken that you don’t toss it in sauce!?! I thought I was at least getting it on the side. Nope some sauce I’ve never had before which tastes nothing like your original sauce. I haven’t been back for awhile now because it was messed up last time also. I can get plain chicken anywhere. And I got charged for the horrible dipping sauce. Not worth it.
If I could give zero stars I would. We walked in for lunch and the staff behind the counters were busy with drive thru orders. A staff member in the kitchen was stuffing chicken into their mouth with gloved hands as he continued to prepare someone’s meal… he made eye contact with me and walked behind the wall where I couldn’t see him.Disgusted and just amazed that people are so careless.This was 1-28-22 at roughly 1450.
This establishment messed up 3 times in one meal. Drink was wrong. Side was wrong and the chicken was raw. As a cancer patient I find this appalling. Now I have to seek medical treatment. Short staffed is no excuse for raw food!!!!!!!!!!
Solid 3, nothing over the top, but good food in a clean establishment. It's fast food and about what you would expect. The people are nice and the value is average.

Worst chicken fingers I have ever had. Over cooked, cold and actually barely edible. I knew if I complained I would regret what they would do to my food.Also I don't understand why they have dine in, because it was Soo cold in there I had to put a coat on.Definitely Done giving Zaxbys a chance
