I have Celiac so I am gluten-free, and when I asked the lady at the counter if it would be safe for me to eat the hibachi chicken, she said they could just make it without the sauce. The chicken was so flavorful and the rice and veggies were delicious. And the lady at the counter was very nice to help me :) thank you! Oh and the ginger tea was so good, I wish I could take it home to Alabama ❤️

I stop by to eat here every time I’m in Fort Walton Beach. The food is always delicious, and the ginger tea is amazing.Honestly, I’ve tried to make my own ginger tea like this restaurant’s and it just doesn’t compare.I recommend any of the hibachi meals, and the deluxe sampler is great to split with someone.

At Wild GingerDo not go at lunchtime.Wait until the eveningwhen it’s not so busy.Get the veggie tempuraand the tofu hibachi. Fried.White rice. And, always, the ginger tea. Drink itat whatever temperatureit comes out of the spout.Do not put it over ice.Ice will water down the flavorand the throat burn of itthat lets you know it must behealthy. When the tempura comes, eat the worst vegetables first—broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini.Drizzle on the soy sauce.Alternate bites of sweet potatoand onion rings at the end. Savethe loose golden batter bitsfor last. Rescue them from the darkpools forming in the cornersof the paper boat.Refill your gingertea—it’s free. Move on to yourstir-fry. Again, start with theparts you like least. Broccoliof course, and mushrooms now.Eat those with rice between bitesof tofu. Then go on to carrots, onions, the good stuff. Keep switching bites:tofu—veggies—rice—tofu—veggies—rice.Refill your ginger tea as needed.

A little expensive for the amount of food you get but it's good. And the crepes are amazing.

The food was extremely oily when I got it delivered to me. They only gave me four shrimp even though the price was so expensive and the steak was so squishy and weird. The vegetables were also undercooked and soaked in oil.I used to love this place when I was younger, but they really fell off over the years. Never coming back here.

We like going in the evening for dinner and it has been amazing! The dinner cashier is always friendly and helpful. I like that they bring the food to our table instead of just calling out names or numbers like other quick service places. Very reasonable prices even a little cheap for the amount of food and service you get!

This is my favorite food right now. Not just hibachi but from Wild Ginger. I get it every time I’m working close but also don’t mind driving over from Pensacola an hour to get it. The staff always treat me well and pretty much know my order by heart. The food is prepared perfectly to order and not drenched in sauces like some oriental restaurants. And if you are a fan of yum yum sauce theirs is awesome. Give them a try and you will be hooked.

Wild Ginger makes bomb hibachi! The taste is robust and the price/portion ratio is perfect!I'm seeing a lot of nitpicky reviewers, complaining that food service workers aren't happy robots 24/7.Just get in there, order some great food at a surprisingly good price, and eat it.They even support our military! ?

I can't really say anything for the service here. While polite, they aren't especially friendly. On top of that, when they are busy, I've had times I waited half an hour for a basic order. Wild Ginger serves as a good way to get the hibachi taste for a little cheaper and enjoy a free ginger tea with your order, but when I compare the price and quality, I think I would actually rather just dine at an actual hibachi table or order to go from a better establishment.

Very tasty, fresh, simple, crispy and yummy. You should definitely try!
