The cleanest and most friendly which wich my family has been in! My son’s loved their sandwiches and my boyfriend and I loved the service. Ezekiel is the definition of customer service! He was quick and efficient as well as attentive to us and the boys. We weren’t expecting it to feel like full service restaurant. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
Sub was good but a bit pricey. The employee had the the personality of a rock. Was my first time eating there and didn't know about filling out the order forms. When I asked he just pointed at the wall and walked away.
I love this chain and will try to visit if I'm near one. Good is always good and served as quickly as possible. The ability to customize your wich before you get in line is very helpful and expedites the ordering process too.
This place had been a consistent place to get food for years. However, it has gone downhill over the past year.Multiple changes to menu options and not enough bags to fill out your order the way you want. Store that is not regularly cleaned. Running out of basic items like lettuce. Longer times to prepare food. Uninterested staff which is a noticeable change from their previous workers.The past few times have also had me get sick from the food. Will not be going here for the foreseeable future.
Got a Reuben. Worst sandwich I've ever had. Salt meat, sauce and kraut. 2 bites and into the trash.
It is hard to give anyone a bad review with covid, staff shortages etc. I was disappointed that they were out of a few items that are promoting online. I will try again though!
This location has really deteriorated. They do not have many of the selections on the menu, the server keeps saying "we just ran out of that". They didn't even have any straws available. The place is not cleaned regularly and the staff do not engage the customers at all. Looks like they are hiring anybody they can just to stay open. Don't waste your money here.. The owner of this franchise needs to wake up before its too late , people aren't going to continue spending their hard earned money at a sub par sandwich shop .
Great customer service! Love the way they wrapped my sandwich, very neat and easy to eat in the car. All in all, a good experience!

You know how everyone has that "favorite side item" that can often drive one's decision on where to grab take-out from. For me, one just happens to be WW's fries. Well I have no idea if this is a franchise wide issue, but at this location (in my home city), their fries machine is almost never "working." After today's visit, which ended again with no fries, I did the math. I can honestly say over this last year--with a little over a dozen visits--I have walked away with fries 3 times! Either I'm really bored and enjoy wasting my time writing lengthy reviews about gas-station-attached fast food places, or you can take me at my word. So what's up with that? I'm also a fan of 5guys, and I have never once in my life witnessed a no-fries situation in their establishment. To be fair, the sandwich quality (which I still order because I did drive to the edge of town) has been consistent. Therefore this review is of this issue, and I would also agree with many other complaints for this location's staff. Today when I said "man your fry machine ain't never working." The gentlemen at the registered gave me that look all men are extremely familiar with. The one where your face shows that you are calculating how far you want to take this interaction while at the same time reading the other guy's calculations as well. I did what I always do when dealing with someone who's preparing my food (ever seen 'Fight Club'); I backed down and was very polite. Anyways, I write this review now for two reasons: 1) other lover of WW's fries be warned; 2) For anyone who doesn't work at this location, but perhaps has a vested interest in it's performance and/or success. Thank you.
