We went to Whataburger last night around 2:00am. I ordered food online and paid for it, then got to the store, and the doors were locked and drive thru had cones in it. Why they were closed, I have no idea, but the online ordering could have at least be turned off somehow if they’re not going to be there.

Meal came fresh and hot. Order was taken quick and accurate. Crew member was pleasant. Kinda busy but great service.
This place isn't worth waiting hours in line for like in Colorado Springs...It was great food. I enjoyed the Avocado ? Bacon ? Sandwich. Just remember you are in the south, so drink sizes are crazy large. I forgot that a large is not a standard Western state large. I can't complain good was good and worth a short wait.
Now I love me some Whataburger, but this place sucks. I ordered small fres large drink. "Small fries small drink?" No, small fries large drink. "Large fries large drink?" fine whatever. Wait 10mins and I'm one of two people in line. Get my food and leave. Fries have been microwaved? Only way I know to make fires this hot and this mushy. Burger is cold and stale. 1 stars because the sprite was decent.
What a disgrace to the Whataburger franchise. Today, we had the pleasure of Edwin to take our order while he was on FaceTime, constantly interrupting us ordering to talk to his friend. Once we got done ordering, he forgot to give us our cups and he ran out to start what I assume was his lunch break. There were a ton of employees walking around in the back while the tables and dining area was filled with past customers trash, a heavily used face mask and old receipts. The highlights were the two employees who made sure we got our cups when they brought out our food and one of our burgers was missing a topping and he quickly apologized and grabbed it for us. There needs to be a management presence and constant upholding of standards. Do better.
I know Whataburger's do not have Wifi. But what is it with no plugs if u want to charge your phone. I moved back to FWB,Fl after 26 years and every Whataburger I go to rather it be Destin, Fl, Panama City Beach, Fl, etc make u feel so welcome. But the one on Mary Esther Cutoff in FWB,FL TERRIBLE
This is the best whataburger I’ve been to in a long time. The staff is so friendly and patient I love coming here late at night they always make my day gotta love the night crew!
It took 25 minutes to receive our meals after placing our order in person inside the restaurant. Food was not warm when we received it. We were the only dine in customers at the time we placed our orders. I'm still not sure how they managed to cook our meals fresh but they were still cold and dried out ?
Do your self a favor and drive to Chick Fil A down the road, or any other Whataburger in the state. Waiting over 40 min for a meal from here is ridiculous. It would be one thing if you could jump the curb and leave.. The best thing that ever happened to this location is when a cat launched itself through the sign 4 years ago. At least then it closed for a little bit, and no one wasted their time.
