we're visiting from NJ and it's our first time food was excellent
Our cashier was super friendly and welcoming with a beautiful smile. I’m not sure who the guy was running around doing a little bit of everything it seemed, but he was very helpful also. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their jobs while getting work done I’m a timely manner. Our food was hot and fresh and so so tasty. Our ticket said “Kiera S” on it. Not sure if that was our cashier but if it was she needs a RAISE!! She is the definition of customer service ? she went above and beyond to not just help us with everything we needed but also other customers in the lobby.
Customer service is slacking so bad. Messed up my order, my soda was drenched in liquid, I got 1 jalapeno and was charged for extra jalapeños and THEN charged someone else for the whole meal. Never know why they always have such an attitude and never care much about the customers. The worse part is, I love Whataburger. Makes me sad I won't be coming back.
We had a pretty difficult order as our kiddos are picky. We got to the window to pick it up and notice things were wrong on the receipt. Alexandra F. was our cashier and I just have to say how great she was. I knew we were difficult from the get go and she handled the mishap very graciously. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had with customer service lately. Alexandra, we see you and we appreciate you so much!
We visited here on vacation and were amazed at the service. The lady that went through the lobby and gave out condiments and napkins was so sweet and we felt like we were getting 1st class service! Good food. Hot and fresh.
Always a problem at this location. Do yourself a favor and visit the Elgin Parkway location. I always have an issue here from wrong order, no napkins or straws, and just poor or rude service. Employees are usually sitting in lobby when I pull into parking lot. You would think they would want to get order correct.
We waited just about an hour in the drive thru line from 1:30 am to about 2:15 am. Very slow. While we approached the window, I could see the night shift manager Bella, in a grey shirt that said Manager, taking multiple big pulls off of her Vape mod while standing in front of the food bagging table while bagging food. This is a food safety’s violation and Bella knows the rules on this yet she chooses to disregard the safety of the customers food so that she can get her vape fix. If she worked on my organization I would fire her on the spot. This is a serious health risk to the public and the fact that she is a manager lends no excuse whatsoever. Nothing like some nicotine smoke with your fries sir… hey how about some for your kids meals as well. I hope the operating partner, Denise Stoudmire will take action on this discussing act of food safety violation.
Great burgers and best for ranch fans. Must try whataburger special.
Had terrific service by the crew this morning...at front counter names are Chris or Christine...very friendly and helpful, not like most experiences at fast food restaurants.
Service was too slow. I had to remind the folks that I was waiting for my order. They did hook me up on the fries though. I give them that.
