Was greeted immediately even though they was slammed busyTria the manager was professional,courtesy,helpful and pleasant to talk to she read back our order to make sure she heard everything correctly,The food was amazing and tasted deliciousNice and hot ? we will definitely be coming back to this location.
swear to God wish i could sue this place its that badthis was my first time ever at this chain that everybody hypes up but i will 100% nvr be back and argue with anybody that ever suggests that it is edible
One of the best breakfast is in town either Whataburger on Eglin and Yacht club or 98. Locally owned and it shows. Thank you whoever you are and all of your wonderful employees.
So not sure what the big fanfare around Whataburger is? I felt the same way about In & Out burger. It's just okay, but not enough to distinguish itself from McDonald's or Burger King. Their spicy chicken was not that good, like at all. Their double burger was huge, I'll give them that. But taste wise, may as well have been McDonald's or BK. Fries were okay, a little thin and very salty. Staff was very nice and friendly.
It’s Whataburger, never any complaints and I always get what’s expected!! Breakfast Taquito is always awesome, Chicken Fajita is excellent and the Chicken Tender meal with gravy is always a guaranteed winner!!
I accidentally left my card at the drive-thru and the guy working the window literally ran out to the street to hand me my card. He deserves a raise!! The food was also super good.
I like what a burger to a point. I like that they are open 24hrs. You can go any time of the day or night and your food is always hot in fresh. The employees are usually really nice and friendly as well. I give it 4 stars because there drive through usually takes a long time.
The food was hot n tasty. The staff was attentive n very respectful while we gave our orders. The restaurant was clean n so were the bathrooms. I'd go back again n would recommend it to my friends.
3rd time I've had horrible experience. 1st time was several months the ago, got home my burger wasn't even on the bun and ice cold, 2nd time still bad but not as bad, but today, I got food home (live 2 min away) and literally burger and fries are ice cold again
Though the food is good, the employees seem to forget to bring their customer service to work with them. Tonight I was in line for a little while, like 20 minutes. I expected to wait, but there was a line. However, when I reached the window, I received no greeting, just a repeat of my order. No greeting, no apology for the long wait, no have a good night, or have a great New Year. And when I have to sit for ten minutes with just one car in front me, you would think some courtesy would be extended to the customer. This is why I always think twice before going to Whataburger. This is the 190 Eglin Pkwy, Fort Walton Beach location. Highly disappointed in the customer service. One more thing, how come I can get ketchup on a chicken sandwich, but not on a burger. This absolutely baffles me. Why the double standard? I can get Mayo on a burger, why not ketchup? Just curious about that one. I don't understand the logic here.
