This wendys always has something wrong..been there 2wice and bad experience both times. System down so in the drive through they couldn't serve me at all but I sent my son inside just to see and they took his order just fine . If the drive through was the problem you would think they would recommend to come inside and order, right? Wrong!! They turned down every customer. Coincidence it was close to closing time ?.1st time I went the intercom was not working. Asked an employee who walked outside what was going on with it. He stated it was broken, so I told him maybe you should put a sign up so customers aren't sitting here thinking they are being ignored. He said it was against company policy to put a sign and that someone would fix it at some point. Like what? This Wendys needs a secret shopper in place because it's employees are making them lose a ton of money and they are rude and don't care in general.
Not one to write the review . But it’s bad here . You may come and they are closed due to staff. You may come and they greet you with what do you want. Get mad with any order longer than one combo. Never felt treated like bother in my life . Hope Wendy’s corp see this
There’s a huge sign out front saying that the dining room is open and it says it is open online. IT IS NOT! We tried to call before we drove over there and no answer. Went to the drive thru and it took 5 mins for someone to ask for our order. When I tried to order frosties she told me that there wouldn’t be enough for us because they were running low. Poorly ran store.
Don't know whats going on with drive through but its just been such a hot mess. I waited in front of the speaker/menu for 10mins with no respones, then when I said something I'm told they be right with me. Another 10mins go by and I was done. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. This isn't the 1st time this happen either. If you ever do get through the line and pass the speaker/menu you can at least expect your order to be right thank God.
Tonight was unbelievable in drive thru. Close the dining room if you don't have enough workers!
I am not sure what is going on right now with this Wendy's but almost everytime I come here I'm waiting in line for almost 30m and when I get to the window thier computer is " down" meanwhile most the staff are in the parking lots taking breaks. I do enjoy the food but they need to really work on this. And sometimes for breakfast they will be open but Noone will talk at the window.
Had to have my yearly baconator fries, soda and frosty, this is a treat for me going off diet, delicious tho? hot fries, crispy bacon, nice workers, I don't eat fast food much but Wendy's is still my favorite ?
The staff was very friendly and the most important thing was the food was hot ?????

The drive thru was spot on today! Chili was hot, fresh and delicious! Fries were delicious as well! Can y'all please be like THIS ALL THE TIME?!
