Whatever manager/shift leader was working 6/13/22 was visibly over aggressive with the staff. It also looked like she took a personal visit during a busy dinner rush, right after blaming an unrelated employee for my order which was made wrong to accommodate for an allergy. The staff was clearly doing their best while she rushed them, yelled at them, and took personal visits. I think it would be wise for morale and also for the betterment of the establishment to have management/shift leaders who look and act like they care about the well-being of their employees.
I used to work here and it seems like you got new, worse management; the individual who seemed to be the manager was continually screaming at and rushing the employees and just treating them horribly. I need you to understand that your employees are human with human reaction times and that rushing them will actively slow things down. My order was messed up, but I don't blame my cashier or anyone AT ALL except the person screaming at him to make us pull forward and get the next car through in the most frenzied & overwhelming tone possible. To the employees at Wendy's, I'm so sorry if my order caused even more stress for you.
Got some food for myself, my mother, and the kiddos today as a treat, and the two ladies serving us were lovely and lively, despite having to previously deal with an extremely rude customer who started hoking their horn at the speaker knowing it would harm the people taking orders. The ladies were composed and polite through the whole ordeal and served us after the rude customer just sped off in a tizzy. Props to them for staying cool when rude people try to get the best of them, and for the wonderful service they provided!
They use to do a pretty good job, but since Covid it has been a disaster. Understaffed and miss managed. Uninspired employees with minimal training. A few good employees trying to hold it together, but it's not enough. Terrible experience the last 3-4 times I went. It is close to my office, so I have been going there for years. Won't be back until I hear things have changed.
Not a good impression. The person taking the order complaining they could make more at other places. Tables dirty. 2 staff members saying they were doing cleanup were just standing around chatting. We didn't get the right order but didn't complain because it was more than we ordered. If we learned something it was not to get lunch here anymore.
My ff were hard dry. Fried in old grease from yesterday nasty. No ketchup and only one napkin service was terrible. What’s the food industry coming too.
I sat in the drive-thru for well over 5 minutes, then spoke to the speaker, and no response. So, I drive up to the window, and there's two male employees standing at the window, and they just turned their backs to me , said nothing, and walked away ?? Really ?? Don't I will never be back here .. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star, but I had to. So I could make a comment.. Unbelievable...
I always like coming to this location in particular b/c of how friendly they are. I drive further from my house to avoid the Mary Esther Blvd location b/c they are always rude/hateful to their guests, the order is never both accurate and fresh. I came through the drive thru around 10:45 PM Friday (2/4). A customer had just placed their order and wasn't able to move up much but I got up far enough to the box. The employees let me sit there for almost 10 minutes w/o acknowledging me. I finally said "hello?" and someone came over the mic to tell me they're closed?? I informed him how long I had been sitting there and no one ever came back over the intercom. If I would've known that your location just closed whenever, instead of 11 (like it says on Google), I would've had time to go somewhere else. I understand restaurants and employees are overwhelmed and understaffed, but Wendy's guests should be a priority and hours of operation should be adhered to. This was poor customer service. Sincerely disappointed in my go-to Wendy's.
My wife stopped by there to get me a Baconator entree only. They asked single or double, and she says double because I love food. Gentlemen walks outside smokes a cigarette, hits on my wife(not mad), tells her sorry for the wait, and that they’re understaffed. He ask her if she wants any fries for the wait, and she kindly says no. She gets home and this is what I have more mid day lunch. I’m so bummed.
My wife and I love their 4 for $4 deal. Burger, fries, tenders and a drink(we always swap the soft drink for a chocolate frosty). Probably only place I imagine that you can feed 2 people for under $10.
