It was very busy in the morning we came. There was ample amount of staff (10 that I counted). Each team member was performing a specific duty which seemed to work really well. The food was hot and it was good enough. Waffle House as a whole has changed the menu a bit which is smaller and a little more costly than it once was. I would recommend eating here.
No egg in my bacon EGG and cheese sandwich. Cold “cheese” grits. Never got my drink refilled once. Horrible service as expected for a Waffle House, employees were arguing with eachother the whole time. Been to plenty of waffle houses that were busier and less staffed with excellent food unlike this one. They were rude to me and my friend never seen worse customer service in my life.
From the second i walked in the cook was a jerk. The cook was repramanding the 2nd cook. The head cook was complaining to customers on how many hours he worked and how inconvenienced he was making our meals. Made us customers feels uncomfortable.Hopefully he will be coached or be told to find another job becuase this one was obviously too much for him.
The cook and a waitress were arguing the whole time we were there. The cook would not leave the waitress alone. My husband and I actually intervened and told the cook to back off and leave her alone. He was in her face threatening her. It was super uncomfortable. I felt bad for the waitress. Then the cook was told to leave and he refused. Super awkward all the way around. hopefully they have made some changes and it won't be that way again.

I ordered two meals, one was an all star. I finished my meal and never received my waffle, but you best believe other people that ordered after me did. My waitress never told me her name or checked in on me to see how I was doing, in fact I asked her for salt and that seemed like a huge burden. My waitress was short and had a black pony tail, we ordered around 1am. Absolutely disgusting service and I made sure to tip as such.

As we entered the Waffle House it smelt unpleasing.. we walked in and the workers was having full on conversation, didn’t say hello. Simply told us to take a seat with a attitude. While we were walking see seen the floors not cleaned. Stuff on the floor, it was disgusting. Then we sat down and the lady gave us dirty spoons and forks so we asked for hot water and she denied it. Sooner or later we left and was changed $10 for a sprite..
This rating is only for the staff. Friendly, bright, energetic individuals. I've been to many a waffle house where the staff seem to hate everyone who enters. Not the vibe here.Pay all shifts overnight shift pay!!!
