I love this place and will have no problem at all driving from Destin to come here!Also, thankful my husband works at Camp Rudder so he can grab this on the way home and use the drive thru pickup window!The food is so fresh and so good! My husband loves the salsa bar!The staff are very friendly and the casual restaurant is very clean! You can definitely tell the owners and managers care whole heartedly about the place. Living in Destin I see so many restaurants run poorly with unhappy staff.Today we had beef flautas, shrimp tacos that were the best I've ever had, and chicken chimichanga! And then ordered desert to go! And all for under $50 bucks with drinks!
Well...its not bad...Could be cleaner...Decent food, help seemed busy, but not waiting on customers. Busy amongst themselves.. odd. Sorry.. step it up. Lady was cleaning a window at lunchtime?? That hadnt been cleaned in a long while... sorry.
Fantastic food and excellent service. It was very busy yet we got everything we needed quickly and with a smile. We will definitely return.
We just moved to town and it was great! The hot sauce bar is an extra special feature here! Awesome service and to die for queso! Definitely a spot for all, so welcoming and awesome staff! Will be back!
Coming from Minnesota, we were looking for food suggestions in Florida and all my friends from here were unanimously raving about Tijuana Flats and I can see why. Good Food and as with many Mex food joints, it has great options for Vegetarians. The star of the show is definitely the Hot bar. Absolutely loved it. Wish, they open few outlets in the Midwest :)

They've got a lot of hot sauces. It's kinda a cool atmosphere. Their food is nothing special IMHO. They are quick and have friendly staff. I have to admit, I do prefer Burrito del Sol. Which is not much further down the road, on 98.
Great experience here food was great here.. the menu is straight forward combinations and you will be hard pressed to not find something everyone can enjoy. Ingredients are great and they have many different hot sauce selections which is neat. service staff was nice and friendly. Love the old Memorex tv in the corner...they have a flat screen they were showing some college football on so thats nice.
Fresh food (love fresh jalapeños), staff is friendly, plenty of hot sauces to choose from & so much fun picking out our favorite ceiling tiles! ?
One of the most friendly Tiajuana Flats I've been to in the state (Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ocala...). They are attentive, helpful, and make sure you enjoy your food. There was an error on our order (maybe on us, maybe on them) and they made it right by giving us our meal for free. That kind of service is hard to come by anymore! The food was delicious as always.
