My experience here was HORRIBLE! I was traveling, and I was super excited to be at my favorite restaurant because we no longer have one in the state that I live in. When I got out of my car, I noticed a guy on a bike. I spoke to him and started running a conversation with him. I learned that his name was Mike. He was a lovely guy. He didn’t ask me for anything, but he was telling me about construction work and his being from Nashville. Suddenly the manager, whom I later learn is named Chris, whose card is attached, runs up to us and starts yelling at Mike. He’s screaming and being very rude and saying mean things. I tried to stop him and speak to him. He turned to me and started yelling at me. I told you to excuse me, sir, I am a customer who’s about to enter your business to eat, and I stopped this man in the parking lot; please don’t talk to him or me like this. He proceeded to be very ugly. He finally went back in, and I finished my conversation with Mike. After talking to Mike, I decided I would refuse to eat at a place where management was so ugly. I had never been treated this way at a restaurant. I went in to speak with the manager to inform him that this was rude and uncalled-for behavior; he proceeded to yell, scream, and curse at me again. Greg, the cook, was up front as well, co-signing with him and was rude. I will NEVER go to another TGI Friday again because of this unfair treatment, corporate was contacted, and I WOULDN’T recommend this location if they were giving everything away free. Customer service is not a priority.
Stopped in Monday with a friend for some March madness. Enjoyed a cold beer, great service from Chris as always and a featured new appetizer. Fried Mac n' cheese balls with Bacon on a sizzling platter with a spicy aioli sauce for dipping. BACON!!!!! It was delicious! ???
We had a great experience here tonight for my boyfriends birthday! The food was excellent, the drinks were excellent, but our server was the piece that made our experience exceptional! I’m pretty sure her name was Melissa I think, she has an adorable 5 month old daughter so go by and check them out, and bless her for her and her daughter!
Had a party of 10 at 7pm on Saturday. Didn't make reservations and was seated immediately. Service was friendly and quick! Food was on point!! Highly recommend!!
The revamped aesthetic is less camp than previously so that was a more modern feel. The quality of the food isn’t what it used to be. That maybe due to availability like canned vs fresh mushrooms. However it doesn’t explain raw onions on a steak. Was it edible, yes. Has it been better? Yes! Will I go back? Probably bc there FEW OPTIONS in this area.
We arrived Thursday pm and were seated immediately, hostess was very nice & the server was impeccable. However, the music was, horrible, lots of Rap and other stuff. One nice song from David Bowie, & one by Janet Jackson. We hate the hard-night club type music. The skillet steak was poor, full of gresil. Do not think we will return. So sad, we are local.
Whoever you guys have in the kitchen cooking tonight (specifically the dragon glazed salmon) give that man a raise!! I literally order this all the time via DoorDash and never have I ever tasted it prepared with so much flavor and exquisiteness. My greatest compliments for the cooks tonight!!
I always get the best service here definitely a favorite place to go. If you see the bar manager Joshua Karejwa tell him Sarah sent you and if a really really curly headed boy named Benjamin brings you your food tell him Sarah said hey side show Bob he'll know who you're talking about. Fridays in F.W.B. is a place to be.
One of the only restaurants open after getting in from a flight. Normally I order sampler as an entree and add a few sides the guy I guess was new and said should be able to. Then said unable to. Manager aperently got on the phone and said can't do it... I've done it there and many other locations. Ended up ordering two sampler appetizers half of which I wouldn't want or order because they were unable to figure out how to make an entree with sides..
very nice meal. Steak Cesar Salad and Steak Dinner Mashed potatoes and Broccoli. Enjoyed
