Bruh, y'all haven't gotten a single order right for at least the last 10 straight. I order no tomato no sour cream on the crunch wrap and y'all always leave em on. I am always missing either a taco or a side item like chips or fries. Y'all have even given me the completely wrong box so many times. I order ahead specifically to give y'all time to avoid this bull, and y'all still can't get it right. Everybody is short handed right now, yet my job manages to serve people the right coffee and breakfast stuff. Pretty sure y'all can do better.
Drive thru only, lobby is still closed for “Covid”. The closed lobby looks like an employee lounge, must have been 4 people sitting around looking at their phones. Drive Thru got order wrong again, of course you can’t tell until you get home and unwrap everything. Extremely frustrating, and happens more times than it doesn’t. Please open the lobby!! At least then I can walk back to the counter when they get my order wrong
I waited in the drive thru for 10ish minutes for an online order before being told to pull around to the front to wait. Then, I waited at the front for an additional 15-20 minutes for 4 items that were somehow all wrong. We requested no creamy jalapeño sauce on our quesadillas/no onions in the burritos and both requests were ignored.
I ordered through the app to minimize mistakes since this location gets it wrong every time and they would have the order typed out for them. They still got every single item incorrect. I had them correct some but as I kept eating my food, I found more items that were not made correctly or were what we ordered for the rest of my family. The woman at the drive-thru also didn’t speak clearly or comprehend what was going on. I have attached a picture of what I ordered. The beefy 5 layer I ordered for one of the boxes was supposed to be grilled with potatoes instead of beef but they made it with beef. The burrito in the other box was supposed to be bean with extra red sauce and no onions but they gave us a beefy 5 layer burrito. The Crunchwrap in one of the boxes was supposed to have refried beans instead of beef. It came with black beans. Instead of giving me a cheesy Gordita crunch with refried beans, I got a normal chalupa supreme. I got sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea that I ordered. They do forgot the red sauce on our fiesta potatoes. I wanted Diablo sauce and they still gave us every other sauce when we went back to have items corrected.
Horrible. I haven't been to Taco Bell in 15 years but my mom insisted on it. Horrible food, there was more sour cream than there was meat, they charged me two bucks more to upgrade the chicken from beef. And the drive-thru lady was rude and of course didn't offer or put any sauces in the package.
Picked up an online order. Only the drive thru was open, and ended up having to wait over 30 minutes to pick up my order (even though there were only 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru). Not exactly what I'd call fast food.On the plus side, my order was made right.
Definitely not coming back.When I realized the lady that was taking my order had long artificial nails plus fake eyelashes ?Rather to make my own tacos
We had a great experience going through the drive-thru this evening and they got our order correct. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the handful of times where the drive-thru order was missing items. We wouldn't realize til we got home, and on the couple of times we actually drove back, the employees were nice and understanding, apologizing for the mistake. The food has 98% been prepared great, with the 2% being when a certain employee was working who basically "skimped" on the meat/cheese in the tacos. Overall it's a good place for a quick meal.
Drive thru speaker was down so I waited I line for 20 min to place my order. Was told to go thru the app. Can't take your order. I love Taco Bell so I settled for BK. I hope you can fix this opportunity.
Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Parked me out front and made me wait 20 min and forgot I was out there. Went around to the drive through to see what happened and they forgot I was there. Asked for my food and a refund but was told that was to much for them to do. Worst customer service and management ever. Won't be going to this location ever and will tell everyone I know that it's not worth the time.
