Best Taco Bell in the area - - way better service and quality than the others. Definitely worth driving across town just to pick up a quick bite.Friendly service, the meat and beans are piping hot, the lettuce & tomatoes nicely chopped and still cold, and the hardshell tacos are still crisp on the bottom even after arriving back home. ?
During our first trip here they asked us for our order, we asked for a moment. When it was time for us to place our order, the person taking our order said "this won't be a big order will it?" Not something that starts your first visit off well. One of the blast machines was refreezing. So one of the kiddos didn't get what they wanted. They didn't give a receipt with our order.
I've been going to this taco bell from time to time for the past few years, and I have never gone to a fast food place that has gotten my order wrong more than this place has. You basically have like a 20% chance that your order will be right. It's a lucky day when it happens, that you get everything you pay for. I've held off on rating it since I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's just ridiculous. There are other better taco Bell's in town just don't go to this one if you want what you pay for.
The young lady at the drive through was very sweet and did a great job but when they forget an item in our order (one basic taco) we went back around through to get it and all the employees felt it necessary to come to the window and argue why they didn't owe us our item. Total customer service fail...

Every time we try to go there, they aren't able to take your order. We have tried several times on different weeks. Why are they open if they aren't going to take any orders?
Brandon working at the Eglin Pkwy location on February 3rd about 9 pm.... you are a Rockstar!!! My order was not exactly what I ordered and I did not notice until I got home. You were the only one making food and you still made time to answer the phone professionally and offer to correct my order. After understanding YOU are the only food prep person and you are answering phones as well, I'm not so angry about my missing guac or cheese on my power bowl :) It sucks many customer service people are working solo or on a minimal staff. Thank you Brandon for taking a minute to answer my call and offer to correct the situation. You and your team are appreciated.
Yet another time that I’ve been let down.1. They didn’t include all of the food that I’ve ordered.2. Not a single item was correctly made. I.e. tomatoes when tomatoes were not asked for. And tomatoes and onions when it’s not even included with a standard chicken quesadilla. That’s just a waste of money.3. I have to repeat my order 3 or more times. Then review my order, more often than not correcting a mistake.
It's always fast anytime of the day. The people are really nice and the place is always clean, and if your order is not right the first time they will fix it for you. I go to this Taco Bell every time
Rude staff! On multiple visits! Consistently Unprofessional. I love Taco Bell, but I'll drive father to go to any other location.. and their coffee machines still broken, it's been a long time, maybe get another coffee machine!
