Such a friendly staff and good food. A little pricey ($20 for basically fish and chips) but that is the times we’re in. We were very excited leased with the quality of the food. Good and fresh. Fries where really good too. We highly recommend it! 5 out of 5
Ok there is a good reason why this restaurant is ranked #1 on trip advisor at the time of writing g this. Great fast seafood at reasonable prices. The line outside the restaurant should say it all.

Hands-down, best food on Okaloosa Island. The cheese grits were some of the best I’ve ever had! Solid gumbo, solid fried shrimp, DELICIOUS fries, and the crab cake was delightful. Not only is this food the tastiest, it’s also the best value you’re going to get on seafood around here. We had a veritable feast for $70. Wait in line - it’s worth it!
Stopped based on reviews and found them to be completely accurate. Great food but this is not a traditional sit down restaurant. The line was out the door but we waited 20 min. Went to the endow to order. Staff was friendly and engaging. Good sized tasty seafood. Enough to eat but not too much or to little. Really should be in diners drive ins and fives on food network. Really enjoyed the experience. After ordering off the boards this is good food served fast. Not fast food!! You have to find a table or share a table with other patrons. When your number is called the good is ready. I had the amber jack hush puppies cole slaw fries and a bowl of gumbo. Everytt try hind was fresh, hot, sand flavorful. My partner had the shrimp which was also excellent. I would look to return. Do not let the line dissuade you the food was great
Came to stewby’s after a day at the beach and after several Uber drivers recommended it. The seafood is SO fresh and has great flavor!! Highly recommend the grilled shrimp or steamed crab!
After reading so many positive reviews, I looked forward to taking my family there. None of us were disappointed and none of us left hungry!Does this place serve the best tasting seafood? Maybe not .. but it's really good. The grilled shrimp IS among the best I've had but the Calamari was average. The fried shrimp is more than good enough to eat, as are the hush puppies and fries.The service was quick and the portion sizes are adequate. You probably won't be disappointed.
Looks can be deceiving. This is NOT a fast food joint. It is quality seafood and sides. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to come back. We had the crab cake dinner, shrimp tacos and a side of grilled Amber Jack fish. Amazing food and affordable prices!
Come early, stand in line, and get ready to eat some out of this world sea food-Worth the wait! We thought food was very reasonably priced. Crab cakes were thick, full of crab, and yummy! Loved the Cole slaw, beans, and hush puppies, too! Cashier was patient, very kind, and got through the line quickly! Food came out fast given how crowded the restaurant was. Would definitely go back if we ever vacation in FWB again.
