Really disappointed in the fact that I waited for my drink longer then someone who came 10 mins after I ordered. I guess some people are more important then others at this specific Starbucks. I’ll just keep going to the one I was going to before because they actually follow an order for drinks. Also it wasn’t a mobile order they did they ordered at the cashier.
Was very busy and not very organized. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my drink because the barista had no Splenda. With at least people working at 9:11 am the line should have been stocked.
Very friendly staff &very quick at getting the drinks out to us which I appreciated.
This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Okaloosa county. The folks that work there are just great!
Girl with purple hair and tattoos (which I normally like) today cut me off repeatedly when I tried to order. Kept being real short with me. Told me she can’t add a cookie at the window…. Then why put them in the window?? She disappointed a very sweet 4 year old who just wanted a snowman cookie.. Sad.. SORRY UPDATE: this is the wrong location, UPTOWN STATION is the location that gives bad service
VERY RUDE " JAX " WHO AS ANOTHER VERY KIND GIRL WAS FINISHING UP MY ORDER, CAME VERY LOUD AND ORDERED HER TO LEAVE AND THEN STARTED IN ON ME. I ASKED HER TO WHAT SHE SAID BECAUSE HER DEMANOR WAS SO IRRITATING I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORDS. SHE WAS RUDE AND I TOLD HER I'VE NEVER SEEN IN 4 YEARS ANYONE SO RUDE WHICH WAS ONLY FUEL FOR HER TANDRANT. 6.50 FOR A LATTE AND A JAX DOWNER, ?

Arrived before right closing. Was asked to reverse and leave. Classy.
Not a big fan of their drive through, the line is out onto a public road and parking lot. Seems to be a problem with all Starbuck's. Drinks were good.
