This place wass amazing. Its like a hidden gourmet sushi spot! All of the food was great, the servers were very kind and helpful. I recommend the wonntons. Literally to die for. Just get them if you go there. Trust me. You wont be sorry.
Food tastes good. Lots of beer selection. I had the miso Ramen, it tasted good. Lot more food to choose from that I will try next time. Wish they have bigger space though, feels guilty chatting with friends when we see people, all lined up outside waiting for a table.
We recently visited this restaurant with our kids. It is a small restaurant so you may have a bit of a wait for a table. Definitely worth it in my opinion if you do need to wait. Everything we ordered was delicious. I regret not taking any photos. We had the agedashi tofu, pork bao buns, potstickers, teriyaki tofu bowl, bulgogi bowl with kimchi, yuzu creme brulee, and ube flan. Seriously everything was eaten. No leftovers. So good. We didn't try the sushi but it looked delicious as well. Can't wait to go back.
The atmosphere and the vibes are great here! The servers and sushi chefs were patient and friendly. We sat at the sushi bar and had sake and appetizers while waiting for our to go order to be made. The sake was lemon flavored and came in individual bottles which I prefer. Not a fan of the wontons… they taste like creamed corn and are served with a peach lychee sauce AND powdered sugar. It’s way too sweet for me personally and I’m a big wonton addict. The dumplings were delicious and crispy like I love. A group of diverse and talented sushi chefs my rolls . The sushi here is was definitely top 5 that I’ve had in ft Walton so far. Invasion is my personal favorite sushi roll. Will definitely return.
INCREDIBLE! I really like Sushi, and this place was phenomenal. The wontons were absolutely great. Service was absolutely phenomenal by all staff. Sushi had great flavor & was very quick! Don’t pass this one up!
Delicious! Pork steamed dumplings were very good and the sauce for dipping. All of the sushi we had was amazing. A good balance of savory, spice and everything nice. The bacon was a nice touch! The chocolat Nigori sake is a perfect way to end the meal.
Great sushi place. They have a variety of different makimono to choose from whether it be fresh fried or baked. There is also an amazing wonton appetizer with peach lychee sauce that many have said is the best wontons they have ever had. The only downside is that there is limited seating.
Love this place! Gabi keeps the guys in line and ensures every sushi roll comes out fresh and in a timely manner! Seriously though, the sushi rolls here are excellent! The guys behind the glass are killing it with great rolls and social fun.

This restaurant has really good sushi, and as someone who eats it at least once a week, I think Soi Bistro is arguably one of the top three in the Ft Waldo/Destin area
