That was the most atrocious experience I've had at a restaurant. The burger wasn't cooked right for starters, second off I didn't receive one of the sides I originally ordered. Last but not least the drink refill at the end was a completely different drink that I originally had. This was my first time coming to Ruby Tuesday's in roughly about 7 years and this experience was not something that makes me want to re-visit again.
Ordered to go. Food was incredibly over salted (spinach and artichoke dip, coconut shrimp, fries, everything). My shrimp was only cooked on the outer bit and totally raw in the middle so I was only able to eat one salty bite before noticing it wasn't cooked.My 3 year old only ate a few bites of her chicken tenders so I took a bite to see why. Not only was it over salted, but it was also extremely spicy. Why would a kids chicken tender meal be spicy at all?? It was nearly too much spice for me as an adult.All of this and my daughters apple juice has a floating sugar ant in it.Never eating here again.
Surprisingly good. Server was very (very) good, super friendly but also very efficient.Hadn't been to RT in quite a while but will likely go back more now.
Ruby's is always good food. More so, it's the great service. Yummy salad bar too.
The 2 for $22 was a good deal and the steak was so delicious and tender for a serloin I ate it before I was even able to take a picture, the onion rings and fries where also perfect. More people should go here.
The honey mustard chicken sandwich was so, so, good! It didn't taste like processed meat, and appeared to be hand battered. The endless garden bar is a must have every time we visit! Our server, Jordan, was perfect! Attentive, but not intrusive. We look forward to returning soon!
Went on Thanksgiving Day. Was a little busy but service was great and food still came out within a reasonable time. Great food. Will return.

The staff was very rude and I was way over charged for the food I got. It was very expensive for 2 people. I don't recommend this place to anyone
