I got the breakfast bagel on gluten free bread and it came out on a gluten free bagel! It was delicious. We really liked the covered seating area and options at the other food trucks!
Poor customer service. Window attendant took order of a customer ahead of me as expected. I step up to order, and window attendant proceeds to ask a customer who has already ordered if they’ve been helped (who was waiting for their order) “Yes” they replied. Window attendant turns to me and says “I’ll be with you in a minute.” and shuts the window. So you were gonna take another order just not mine!? Got it. Mind you, I was only person left in line order.
This cluster of food trucks was an excellent idea for breakfast!! We were able to sit outside with plenty of seating to enjoy our meal.
Ordered online and was unable to pickup due to long line and no quicker option for "online order pickup" other than waiting behind other patrons placing orders. After 45 mins, I attempted to cancel my order, but the online ordering service could not get in touch with Rive. I guess I will never see that $8 I paid for a slice of toast. Go to Cowhead instead.
The employees at this establishment are inefficient and rude.We waited in the line (with one person in front of us) and at the window for 30 minutes without being greeted nor ordering. Well I do understand that they were busy and they were only two girls working, the one employee was talking the entire time while her coworker made all of the food. She stood there and did nothing. The young girl behind the counter finally opened the window and we asked if we could at least order so that we could go sit down while the food was prepared. She told us If we did that, it would be a very long wait. We told her that we would rather sit down and wait for our food rather than wait in the hot sun to order.Granted, it is the same amount of wait, but the customer would be comfortable. The girl who took our order was clearly annoyed that we asked to order, but she did take it-she was very very rude. After waiting 40 minutes, we realized that she didn’t take our name to call out our order. We approached the counter and said that we forgot to leave our name with our order. She smirked at us and said, “your order isn’t ready”.After waiting 50 minutes, we finally have our 3 sandwich order.
7am-7pm Closed Tuesday.Food is absolutely awesome!
You guys have to check out this place because honey it is delicious….. I’m an avocado person but everyone is not and I understand that but this is my personal review on only the items Mu family and I had. My fiancé had the PB&J which he very mouth loved. The PB&J consisted of peanut butter, bananas, and blueberries and from my one bite let me get, It was phenomenal. I had the avocado toast and breakfast bowl. Breast bowl has avocado, spinach, bacon or sausage (bacon), tomato, onion, egg, and your choice of cheese that they have(Cheddar) when I tell you I enjoyed every bite, it was like sunshine in a bowl. Please go and enjoy the love they have to give for trying something different. The customer service was perfection
My family and I ate at all 3 food trucks: Rives Cafe, Sunset Bowls, and Coffee Ave. They were all great! My husband had a white chocolate mocha and I had a chai tea latte from Coffee Ave, and they were delicious. My son had a Hang Ten from Sunset bowls and he demolished it. Lastly, my husband had the breakfast wrap and I had the breakfast bowl from Rive’s. They were hot, flavorful, fresh, and delicious!
Disappointing lunch. $11 doesn't go very far these days but when all you order is a chicken sandwich with no sides, you expect something a little better. You guys should really rethink your chicken sandwich.... Ditch the potato bread, it does not taste right and it was just a few seconds from burnt. The spinach also didn't complement the sandwich. There was no manchego cheese at all so not sure where that went? I would suggest adding tomato and onion because otherwise, this sandwich is just too basic. The chicken was fine but again, nothing special. Sorry, I wanted to like this place but not impressed.
Stopped and got a breakfast sandwhich (with our Acai bowl at Sunset Bowls and coffee at Coffee Ave which are next to Rive Cafe). Great outdoor seating area and a really cool setup on the grounds of an old car wash. A must stop in FWB/Okaloosa.
