Holey Moley. This lobster was so freaking delicious. Our waitress, Leah, did a great job and should get a raise.
A late lunch for my daughter and I after some shopping. The food and service was awesome. kudos to our server Mr. Helsum. He was very attentive to our table very professional. I am happy we stopped in for a quick bite although I got full on salad and the tasty biscuits.
Food was excellent. Service was above and beyond.

The food was pretty good.Mussels where AMAZING.Our server, she was super nice and tried as best as she could to keep up with all tables she had. She was awesome actually, given the stress she was under. Very kind, brought everything we asked and as we asked for it.There's too few waiters and people working for a saturday night ( sat May 14). We ordered 9 different entrees and we didn't get one until after everybody was more than halfway through their meal... bc one of the servers that was helping our server LEFT IT OUT inside caus she forgot. I mean, I understand it's full, but up top they should find a solution bc workers are overloaded.
Clean and welcoming environment. Typically amazing beyond standard service, today I think we had a slightly newer server as a few oddities were forgotten but they still did a good job over all and handled all requests. Just somethings took them quite longer than typical.Food came out hot and fresh, no complaints there. Clean restaurant. It might be time to resurface/seal some tables, but it's definitely been a busy year for tourists so I understand the additional wear to the restaurant. It is still very much within the acceptable range.we can't wait to come back for another splurge date night.
We took our aunt to dinner for Mother's Day on Sunday, May 8th at the Red Lobster in Ft. Walton. We thought there would be a long wait, and were surprised that we were able to get right in! Our waiter, Gabriel let us know right away that he had several tables, and reassured us he would stay on top of things. He did not let us down. He checked on us several times and kept us updated on the progress. Even though it was clear that they were busy, Gabriel always had a great attitude and a smile on his face. He made the experience great!! Oh, and the food was really good, too!!
The food, service, atmosphere was the best I ever received at Red Lobster. Will go again very soon
This Red Lobster has a really nice location next to the water. The first thing I noticed was the huge parking lot. It wasn't quite so busy, but I could hardly imagine the entire parking lot being full. Thankfully, it seemed like a slow night for a Friday night. Maybe during the peak of the season it's packed to the gills.My server was named Kobe. Attentive guy and had a good attitude?. I never had a want for anything. He even let me bag up my leftover biscuits so they didn't go to waste.I did the Pick 3 dinner with two sides. After reading some of the other reviews about bad rounds of food coming out, I wad skeptical, but the food turned out great and exactly what I expected. The atmosphere was relaxed and had dimmer lighting so parties could have some privacy. It would be a great spot for a casual dinner date or a family dinner.
I loved loveddddd our waitress! We were a party of 8. We got appetizers pretty quick and it did take a bit for our food considering our table size. Our food was full of flavor, so whoever the cook is..shout out to you. We were so full we couldn't even order desert. My only complaint is the alcohol drinks, we weren't looking to get drunk, just couldn't taste any alcohol. Other than that, everything was good ?
