I've eaten at this Popeye's for over 20 years. And today's experience was not good. The young lady taking orders was rude and condescending. She blamed all the wrong orders on the customers when it was clearly her incompetence. The customer ahead of me asked her to repeat his order, I knew what he ordered and she got a attitude with him when his order came in wrong because she imputed it wrong.I didn't check my order until I got home and I wasn't surprised my order was wrong. I don't usually complain but she was extremely rude.
That is the rudest people I have ever dealt with entire life. They need to change the crew up or or hire some more Friendlier people.I love the food but I hate the people that run that store.
These ladies work so hard Lane and kitty. I love them both :-) I enjoy coming to this Popeyes every time.
I have had a great experience here this past month. Great food and kind staff.
Drive thru moves way too slow, I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickels & extra mayo, (& I said please to the extra pickels & mayo), a side of Mac & cheese, & a frozen lemonade,..... when I finally reached the window, the employees were not very professional, talking to each other loudly as if there were no customers waiting inside or outside ! When I got back to work to finally eat my dinner, I was very disappointed.....NO pickels at all & barely a smear of mayo, the Mac & cheese was inedible ~ cold & rubbery,..... not even 1 napkin in the bag. The frozen lemonade was extremely tart. I attempted to eat the sandwich, the piece of chicken itself was ok at best, but halfway through the bun starts to break apart & became a crumbled disintegrated mess. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The young lady in the black shirt today at the Popeyes in fort Walton Beach threatened to call the cops said she was going to call the cops because I was going to leave the drive-thru because I asked for a cup of ice she said she doesn't sell a cup of ice so I said go ahead and sell me a high seafood punch with extra ice with no high c and she was telling me I need to go to another register go inside and pay. And I said no I'm not going to do that like it's not right what you're doing like she was saying I'm going to call the police you need to leave I'm not going to sell you a cup of ice we don't sell ice and I'm saying to her no go ahead and sell me a soda then with no soda and just ice. She went on to say no and a blue shirt came over and she grabbed the blue shirt by the shoulders physically grabbed her and pushed her out the way. I have a whole video on it if I could send it to corporate and show.
Went through the drive thru to pickup dinner and received the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. The woman working the drive thru was incredibly rude while we were trying to order. She was rushing us and didn’t even let us complete our order, AND THEN she said to hold on while she ANSWERED HER CELL PHONE! We could see her through the window from where we were sitting. Do not work customer service if you have terrible customer service skills. I really hope management reassess their employees here. Such a shame.
Ordered family pack of tenders with red beans and rice. The entire order was wrong. Drive through was empty this morning so I know it wasn’t someone else’s order. They just absolutely don’t care. Other times I’ve been there the employees are just rude and cut you off. When the dinning room is closed it’s a daycare. I know when hiring you get the bottom of the barrel for employees but this place is outrageous
This location is so ghetto. Last time I went my chicken was cold and red beans were hard. I went back today bc I love popeyes but there isn't any other location close by. Today the batter on my chicken was still wet so I had to go all the way back. I also realized the pepper I asked for was not in the bag. They replaced my chicken but told me she didn't ring me up for a pepper. Which I wouldn't know bc I wasn't given a receipt. I don't care how bad I want popeyes I will not be going back to that location. The customer service is horrible.
Best chicken ever made! Disappointed in my last visit there because they shut down as soon as I got to the speaker to place my order after I sat in line for almost 15 minutes! But that doesn't change the fact that their chicken is awesome!
