Pizza is okay but they got my order wrong. The manager did not apologize or try to understand what i told her. I get the same order everytime and never had a problem, but this experience ruined it for me. I'll be sticking to dominoes.
I stop by for the occasional after work pie to fatgurl on the drive home. Always perfectly hot mess of cheese and oh-so-delish crunchy deep dish.
I tried to get the "Hut Favorite" crust flavor but it did not give me the option while ordering. I requested it in the special instructions section, but it was not added. The crust flavor is one of the big reasons we order pizza hut. If you have decided to discontinue the crust flavor option, we may change to a different chain. Very disappointed!
Ordering online was easy. Pizza was ready when I arrived. The issue I had was pizza seemed undercooked. I had to put pizza in my oven to adequately finish cooking dough.
Outstanding personal service by the manager! He returned after having been away for about 6 years and remembered everything about how we like our items and called me by name! Really great representative of the company!
I order the 12 dollar dinner box. I asked for half pepperoni and half beef and it was all beef no pepperoni. I order pizza hut alit and this was the third time my order was wrong.
The service is usually quick, but there isn't much benefit a pizza takeout gets from being anything more than professionally friendly. As such, you probably shouldn't expect anything outstanding from the service here. I have always enjoyed the pizzas I have ordered, and if you like Pizza Hut, you can expect the usual quality from here. If you want something that stands out more, I would recommend one of the more unique local options in the area.
I placed an order on line to be picked up. When I checked out a statement popped up saying there was a problem with my order and to call the phone order number. I did, the lady that answered was VERY had to understand. I had to ask her numerous times what she said as I could not understand her. She took the car information so I could make a no contact pick up. When I arrived at the indicated point for pick up, I parked at the sign that said "No contact pick up." Sign said to respond to the emial, I looked at me email and it was only an order confirmation. I called the phone number on the sign and related the WHOLE story. I was transferred to the number on Racetrack. Was told my order did not indicate No contact pick up. When the young lady came out to the car she said she had 2 orders for me. We chose the one I wanted and she brought it to me. I tiped her. She was very courteous and helpful. She said they have been having LOTS of problems with the call center. She did credit me the first order, however, I had a $20.00 tip on it that now I have lost $20.00. I was very pleased with the people at the Racetrack Rd location. Was not pleased with the on line ordering situation or the call center experience. I want you to know this was an order that totaled over $100.00 I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING PIZZA HUT.
