I ordered my food then an hour later it’s out for delivery, I wait and nothing comes. I call 45 min after it’s out for deliver and the employee tells me it should be here any minute, we wait another 40 min and on hold for 20 min to be told by the customer service-less manager it was canceled because they need to contact me for no contactless delivery when my order clearly said bring to room or front desk. She argued the policy with me, after clearly understanding I’m in a hotel on a trip and waisted my time. 7:22 out for delivery to find out at 9:15 it was canceled.
Ordered carryout for a family of four on a Friday night and everything was ready within 15 minutes. Staff were nice and pizza was hot and delicious.
This place is the worst chain I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The GM has terrible customer service and lied to me over the phone multiple times. I will NEVER order from here ever again. The first order I placed was disgusting and burnt to a crisp. They said they would offer me a credit which was fair. Then I proceeded to order a pizza a few hours later and was told it would be there in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I called the call center they use and they told me it would be 10-15 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting I called the store and the GM told me he could not deliver me the pizza it was absolutely terrible! Never order here ever!!!!
We went to this Pizza Hut on a Thursday at around 12;30 thinking it would be busy with a lunch crowd. NO! We were the only customers in the place, and now I know why. The floor was sticky in the whole place. The bathroom towel dispenser was empty so there was a roll of paper towels sitting nearby, and the floor was very sticky in the bathroom. Then there is the extra charges. $1 If you want parmesan cheese, another dollar if you want crushed pepper, and another dollar if you want an extra sauce with your cheese sticks!!?? I ordered a small (personal pan) pizza with one topping, and bread sticks, and the bill was over $15!!! And I didn't even get a drink. How is that over fifteen bucks? When the food came to our table the sauce was cold, not just room temperature, but COLD. Who wants to put cold sauce on a hot bread stick?? And I even spent an extra buck to get the lousy sauce, that tasted horrible!! And forget about telling someone at the store I wasn't happy with my order, the person taking my order made me feel like I was putting him out just being there. Next is the Pizza Hut customer service. Their website will not let you contact them. I finally found a phone number and tried to speak to a guy who didn't speak english very well. I'm done with Pizza Hut FOREVER!!
I do carryout/drive thru. Hardly ever had a problem with my orders. My pizza HOT and looks amazing everytime. Great customer service everytime.Be sure to tip when/what you can! I know I do!
Put in an order at 9:57 p.m. giving them an hour and 3 minutes until close. And my delivery time was an estimated 25-35 minutes. at 10:11 I received a text saying that my order was out for delivery. And I just never got it.I called right at 11:00 when they closed and I just got the answering machine.Just lazy and rude people. Thanks for nothing.
I think they forgot the sauce, worse pizza I've had in a long time. It's less than a mile from where we're staying and wouldn't deliver it unless our bill was over $12 so we bought some high dollar breadsticks and got enough marinara for about 1

The toppings were extremely skimpy and they neglected to season the outer crust as I requested. Give me a pizza with a full complement of toppings and charge me accordingly. But under no circumstances should a pizza have even a single bite with no toppings
The pepperoni deep dish had no cheese in the middle of it. It was only around the outside edges. It’s always hit and miss with this Pizza Hut, but it’s the only one here and the sauce and pan crust is what keeps me coming back….but, this was definitely a miss with the one pizza. The cheese pizza and thin crust pep were good.
