If you want a glimpse of the future of the US and the braindeads that run it, come visit this store and repeat these steps:1. Walk in after 9:30 and have them ask you if you're picking up.2. Say no and tell them you haven't placed an order yet.3. Have them tell you carry-out is closed and that last call was 9:30.4. Look around at the blank expressions of the employees and ask what they're doing if carry-out is closed but pick up is still available.5. Listen to them ignore your previous question and explain that delivery is still available.6. Ask if you can place a delivery order to the parking lot and listen to them respond no.7. Leave in a rage because you're a logical person and nothing about this experience made any sense.It was after I visited this location that I realized America's best days are behind her and every day from this point forward will be worse than the day before it.
Worst Papa John's Pizza Ever!We placed our standard order but it was the first time from this location - Ft Walton Beach FL - where we are here visiting. The pizza was so bad I'm not sure if we'll come back to the chain again, though upon reading current Yelp reviews I see that we're not the only ones with similar complaints.The crust tasted doughy and half baked; most of the ingredients were dumped in the center of the pie instead of being sprinkled allover. It tasted totally gross and we wish we had taken a photo before eating one bite and throwing it out! Awful, awful, awful! Papa John's Corporate QC - it's time to get involved judging by the bad reviews!
Manager is rude and they can’t get ANY order correct. Place is a joke. I highly don’t recommend.
Ordered my food online for pick up.Went right passed the original ready time. After 15 mins of extra time I went in. They had to find my order. There was no tag on it now was it the cheese pizza I ordered. I got a plain pizza that was over cooked. 45 mins after picking it up, they acknowledged the order was completed.I understand about being short staffed but my food was under a bunch of delivery pies. The delivery drivers (3 or 4 of them) we're coming and going. There were also other people coming for pick up after me that left before me. So I'm going with unorganized is there problem.I expect better and I know they can do better. 2 stars until I try them again and they do better. If I try them again.
I love papa johns but the last three times I’ve order from this one the delivery service has been slow, there was very little toppings on both the meats and the Hawaiian, and the original crust was extremely thick around the edges. All seems to be a way to cut costs. We’ll be going to another franchise from now on.
Worst skimpy pizza. Called .What happend to yall? We went by the corp directions. There's literally one piece of pep on every other slice. Ok.
Order a pizza with bell peppers on one half of a specialty pizza well this are both sides of the pizza I had nothing on the side that I didn't want pepper's on the other side had all the topping on it this is the second time they have did this to me oh and by the way it didn't let you post pictures I tried
We ordered a medium vegetarian pizza, All the vegetables were in the middle which left hardly anything for the rest of the pizza And I could not taste any sauce,Because we ordered extra cheese ,The worst pizza I ever had. Very bland tasting. Will never order from there again.
Typical Papa Johns pizza. They need to add lighting to the parking lot. Very dark at night.
