After waiting for fresh honey sesame chicken just to have almost all of my rice burnt and hidden until I started eating was extremely disappointing. The fact it was hidden in the middle means whoever did this saw what they were doing and didn’t take the 2 seconds to correct it. This location also wasn’t busy at the time, just after lunch rush.
It was okay. I'm glad there I'd a drive-thru. They got my order completely wrong. Even though I know the drive-thru attendant ready it back to me. It wasn't the best panda Express I have been to, but it was just okay...not sure if I will go back.
I know we all are short handed. But when I literally watch the Manager unload the vehicle of her car and 4employees at lunch break and 4 behind the counter . And this is the 3rd time they forgotten me at the drive thru when they asked me to pull up. Normally I am patient . Normally. 3 strikes. Not feeling especially since I am recovering and can barely walk, so walking into the building to for my order , I was done with this place and just wanted my money back. The manager ask if I would be giving back the soda too. I told her no, it’s okay I will keep the soda and she can keep the donation I gave too.They treat you like your a Nobody. So this Nobody is no longer coming to this place. I am sure they will be successful, but without my business or my recommendations .Panda Express ….. Nothing Express about it. … Not worth It.
We’ve tried this Panda the last 3 days, one time at 11:30, a hour after they opened. and they haven’t had teriyaki chicken every time. Theyre “out” supposedly. Super disappointed that they dont keep up. especially around before, during, and after lunch.
I get the feeling they're showing the stress of being understaffed. Had to go through five through cause lobby closed. Out of food... told several of us in line if we'd wanted things we'd have to wait for then to be made. (Different things for each of us)... aannnddd, not the most sparkily interactions...BUUTTTTT!!!! I didn't get sick! So, yeah, there's that.
Drive thru window was not working.
Again you have disappointed me when will I learn I had been working All day go in the drive thru all I wanted was brown rice chicken and a drink and Again no brown rice come on this is getting ridiculous. Two weeks ago I stopped by went in and the and the server didn't know you served brown rice. I just want to know why don't you have it its not difficult it's on the menu if your out put it on the board its simple. One of these days I'll stop by again and be disappointed with you guys I know it its the only way that you operate well I guess I'll go to Chick-fil-A
I've been served rotten vegetables twice here. But tonight I almost chocked on a piece of sharp plastic in my chow mein. So yeah, maybe I should just stop risking it ?
Great food. Their chicken is nice and soft. The rice and noodles were undercooked, so we couldn't enjoy the rice especially since it was hard and very oily. But we love the chicken and sauce
Food didn't taste all that great this evening, sesame chicken and orange chicken were dry, not enough sauce.They were definitely busy... No more super greens, and out of sweet and sour sauce amongst other dishes.
