Started to order, but cutoff by someone who told us they were only taking cash. We advised we had cash and could order. They said what do you want. Between items the man would yell "drink" meaning he was trying to get you to tell him which drink we wanted. So weird. Then we paid and were last in the line (others behind us pulled off, I'm sure due to no cash). Were told by a lady standing outside upfront to pull up even though our drinks were sitting in the window. We pulled around the building and said our drinks are in the window and she looked annoyed. They finally brought our drinks and foot and was missing an order of fries. Even though the receipt was for three meals, she told us 2 fries were correct. We had to pull around and go in to get the missed item. Something was very weird about the entire transaction. If they were not rushing and pushing people to drive around when no customers behind, they wouldn't be so stressed and would be making many less mistakes. Will likely never eat at this location again.
They were fast taking the order in drive thru. Once I got to the pick up window, the employee asked for me to pull forward. I didn't mind so I pulled forward to wait. Another employee came out with different bags and tried to hand one to me, I told him that we didn't order that so he took it back and went back in. He came back out gave the car behind me an order, I guess it wasn't what they ordered because he took it back then tried to hand it to me. Told him again, that it wasn't my order that we only ordered a Happy Meal. He goes back inside, the third time he comes out there is another employee with him. She asked what we ordered, I told her, and she goes back inside. Long story short it took the 2 of them together about 3 more trips in and out to finally give me what I ordered. It is usually hit or miss when I go to this one.
When I have the kids we enjoy get lunch from time to time ar McDonald's. They are both small, so I just order them a kids meal to share(they never finish a entire one themselves) I always order it with an extra kid fry instead of the apples. Never a problem. This time however obviously it was for this employee. After about an 8 minute wait. She comes walking out swinging the happy meal on her finger. (Fry's everywhere) I ask if there was an extra fry,( the kids like to have there own fry bag) she said yes, I opened the box and said hey but there is only 1 small fry bag. Then she rudely exclaimed that it was an extra fry as she continued walking away.. No, again I get this meal with the kids as a treat often. I know what I'm getting...needless to say 1 star. Also, don't give me short staffed there were several employeesinside with an empty parking lot and only a few cars in the drive thru.
This McDonald’s is GHETTOOOOOO!! I went through drive thru, they let 3 cars order ahead of me on the left side, while I waited for 10mins. When I informed the hoodrat drive thru worker, he said “that’s cool, how can I help you”?. I will be calling corporate and reporting this incident. Never eating at this dirty McDonald’s again. They’re always getting the orders wrong too.
Customer service here is bad. There wasn't one smile in the place. Seems like everyone was having a terrible day. The worst part was my wife getting questioned on she wanted sauce with her nuggets.
This McDonald’s has some serious issues. Every time I stop in here, there is always something wrong with my order. I frequent this area because I work close by. The staff are unfriendly. The food is prepared quickly but they always forget something. No syrup with the pancakes, no sausage with the bisc and sausage. No cheese on a cheese and sausage McMuffin. Pancakes hard as a rock. The manager needs replaced!
It was horrible.. they couldn't get the order right and the food was very nasty I will never eat at that McDonald's again. The manager only handed me the sandwiches and then has the nerve to ask me what I'm still setting at the window for... So I told her the three fries are missing and she still didn't apologize they are very rude and not nice to the customers
So cool like a museum in there with all the old time stuff we remember.
We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 burritos with combo, and a smoothie by drive thru . They charged us for something else and gave us the wrong order. We understand it happens so we told them in a nice manner that we got the wrong order. The manager comes to the window looking mad at us. She gave us attitude and she was basically saying that we messed up. They gave us or correct order and so my dad who has a huge accent says, “can you give a straw?” The manager comes back mad. So our experience wasn’t the best.
Love MacDonald usually but when i went recently it felt rushed i also asked for no onions and received some of the most onions ive seen on a burger. was not happy about that and it ruined the meal will try a different location.
