I love this place and I am a frequent customer. However what happened tonight I definitely will not be anymore. We arrived 40 minutes before close and they denied us for a party of 10 claiming they couldn’t take that. So we accepted that and asked for a table for 4 since the rest of the party was not there yet. They denied us again. Then multiple groups were denied after but they let some in. It was very unprofessional. If you say you close at a certain time it should be that time. And the host was very rude. Management was poor. We watched three servers get cut, meanwhile there were several large groups walking up to the restaurant.
I was exhausted after an incredibly stressful day during a very stressful time and circumstances; Ashley the bartender and Bri the manager made me feel much better (and not just the dirty martini I ordered!): Ashley didn’t make me small talk or chat like I sometimes do, she just got me my drink and let me chill; Bri took the time to talk to me and make sure my food was good. Really made my day better, thank you ladies
Looked forward to their lamb chop dinner all year. Normally all is good but today as I bit into a piece of bread out came a long black hair stuck in my teeth. ? Advised the waitress and her reply was 'well it's not mine'. I already knew it wasn't hers or mine. She has red hair and mine is very short. So I won't be looking forward to another meal there for quite some time. Gross
Angelina was fantastic, always checking to make sure we had what we needed. Ribeye was delicious. Onions were really good with the sauce. Fresh salad, didn't get the steak picture. To busy digging in.
Steaks & potatoes hold up well for takeout. Still hot and fresh after the drive home. The curbside pickup worked well. The staff kept me updated when there was a slight redo in the kitchen.The Texas 'tonions' stayed crispy. They had some sneaky spice in them that would hit you very slowly. So if you have someone that doesn't like spicy foods warn them of the dish so they don't get surprised.
Great service. Went early so there was no wait for the 2 of us. The food was on point. There is just something about macaroni and cheese with bacon in it. I deducted a star due to them not having the stamped, which is a signature item. But other then that it was a great night!
The service this time was a little slow, may have been because of staffing issues. Hard to get help these days. Still the food was excellent! You can't go wrong with the stuffed mushrooms. They also cook your steak exactly how you want it.
Our server Cody and the food was amazing but the hostesses almost forced you all to lose business. Came in tonight and felt less than welcome by the hostess and the young lady who seated us. The girl who took us to our seats didn’t even greet us and when we arrived to our table and slammed our silverware down. She also was rolling her eyes and staring us down. We did voice our concerns to the manager and he stated the staff is frustrated because they’re short staffed. That’s understandable, HOWEVER, we didn’t do anything to deserve that kind of behavior. We will be complaining to corporate.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Our waitress was amazing, and our food came out hot and delicious. Medium steak cooked perfect ? great job everyone!
Best steaks around!! You don't need steak sauce...the taste is awesome enough without it! I highly recommend the Outlaw Ribeye!
