The manager HALEY is very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNQUALIFIED for KFC.The other staff worked their hardest to get people their orders, and maintained a positive attitude. She was the only one who looked miserable and acted miserable. If you are a door dash driver, don’t accept to pick up an order from this place. She had me waiting on my customer who ordered from this establishment for almost an hour before she informed me that everyone who’s just walked in will receive their orders before delivery drivers. I lost out on money waiting because of her. This establishment need to hire managers with more experience in customer service and require drug tests. I contacted corporate about this matter!
Here we go again this time I ordered from door dash and guess what you guys can't even get this right omg then what do you do you blame it on door dash they didn't make the order you did. Again another restaurant in the area that doest care about customer service. We ordered 2 3 pieces dinners both of them with 2 thighs and 1 drum stick 1 with Mac and cheese the other with mashed potatoes also they were supposed to be original recipe. They were all legs and extra crispy. I called KFC and they tell me that's it's Door Dash problem call don't. You don't even want to take responsibility, Why you guys packed it you messed it up the door dash driver just delivered it. This is just a way of you screwing up another customer orders because you don't care. I have been in customer service for many years now days customer service is a joke to you. No one cares this proves to me that you dont.
They are the worst ever.. It takes forever and then you dont get the right food. They never have food at night away out of stuff.
I ordered my food online and had to wait a little bit in the restaurant to pick it up. The employees there were quick to ask me if I needed help and checked on my order to keep me up to date about the status of it. Overall, it's not a bad place to grab dinner.
I've tried to eat here 3 separate times in the past week all 3 times I was told they have no pot pies the 1st time they told me it would be 45 minutes to cook 2 pot pies the 2nd time they told me to B 20 to 25 minutes to cook 4 pot pies pot pies tonight I'm just informed they don't have any if they're lucky they'll have them tomorrow. It's just getting old I mean the restaurants are open they're supposed to be serving the customers and yet nobody wants to serve anyone
The service was great. But not the new beyond chicken. If you like tofu this is kinda what it's like. Didn't like at all. Was like eating a big piece of tofu or whatever it was. Strong beans were good.
This was the absolute worst dinner I've ever had. KFC used to be so good, but has really gone down hill, I'm hoping it's just this location. The chicken was dry and tough and had no flavor. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. I had the 3 piece white chicken meal, I did eat the Cole slaw and mashed potatoes but the chicken was not edible. I'll never go back, not to this location anyway.
This KFC has consistently provided good service since reopening from pandemic. Tonight they went above average with service and quality taste of food! Thank you for making this a positive experience and enjoyable dinner.
Great pot pies and honey bbq wings. Fried chicken is decent. My wing flavor was suppose to be buffalo but was given wrong flavor and needed more sauce on wings.
Don't expect to get good customer service..... because you will not. Very rude employees ...I waited so long for my order that should have been done 15minutes ago. Everyone who came into the lobby was completely ignored when asked about their order. Also tall Dorky white guy brushed up against me didn't even say excuse me. He was one of the employees there also...FYI KFC....ONLINE ORDERS MATTER AS WELL! We are paying customers as well.
