call an exterminator. clean up before selling food. was a roach in my daughters sesame chicken. video on my page and posted on theirs. i called to give the woman acknowledgement and addressed it with her, she gave me her cellphone number and i texted the video, and she said she didnt see anything. And i asked her what she was going to do to resolve the issue and she said nothing cause she didnt see a roach. I then proceeded to let her know i was bringing this issue up with the proper authorities and she said yeah so. My opinion, im not the first to call and complain and common sense if theres one roach theres a dozen where that came from. Just recognize the issue, make it right, and do better. I am beyond disgusted. i spent 80 dollars and couldnt even enjoy our meals. Nobody touched their food after that roach was identified. And we just went to sleep hangry and sick to the stomach. Honestly, with the way that lady basically showed no remorse with the addressed issue, clearly, she does not care, and the issue will not be reconciled. I hope that your establishment gets closed down and the only kitchen you will ever be able to serve in, is your home. Roach lady!!!

we ordered through grub hub, the food arrived fresh and hot, and tasted delicious! everyone was happy!

The food was terrible, my son was wanting fried rice so I ordered it for him when we come home after picking it up I open my bag and the box that was fried rice wasn’t fried rice at all, in my opinion it looked like Spanish rice with under cooked chicken, the rice was stale tasting and had little to no flavor at all. It was a big disappointment. And on top of the I ordered the chicken and veggies and got nothing but veggies and Like 3 pieces of chicken… not a great experience for my first time

As a local that used to eat here once and even twice a week this will be my last day trying Jin Jin. I do appreciate the refund but it's not worth the risk. Please take caution if you choose to eat here.

Food is pretty good, this restaurant just lacks professionalism which makes it drop in ranking. The woman who takes the orders also pushes you to tip, your not supposed to force or ask about tipping. Everyone is aware how and when to tip if they want. Unprofessional, nasty attitude

Been going here for years, still love it. Good portions. Only negative- they don't put veggies in the fried rice

Walked in and sat down; waitress was quick to attend to me as well as get me water and silverware. However, I realized that I was in the wrong place to meet my brother. Rats! Place looked clean and neat, and the menu listed the usual items for a chinese restaurant. I did notice that the aroma was very intriguing with a variety of interesting aromas, may go back to have a meal to satisfy my curiosity. Hmm.

Mixed feelings about this . My chicken was very dry but the sauce had such good flavor it just covered the fact it was dry . My dumplings tasted odd , they had almost no flavor , rice was bland , chow Mein was decent . My sister was not happy considering she paid $61 so she forced herself to eat it .

I must say I didn’t think I would like it. I’m not use to yellow fried rice. It was very good. I will be back.
