Fast Service! Excellent customer service. Great food, we ordered 3 subs and rhey tasted great.
I ordered online and my order was ready even before the promised time. My order was a bit complicated, however it was perfect as ordered. Their subs and delicious and they streamline in store pickup!
If I could give it 10* I would. They hooked us up with 2 turkey sub meals, delicious. Amazing service and impeccable staff.
The last few times have been much better. They are more of what you expect to get from Jersey Mike's.
The staff is nice, the sandwiches are pretty good.
As usual, off the chain. They are always such a good sandwich. As long as they make it the exact way you ask. So far the one on Eglin parkway, they always make it as I ask.
Customer service sucks! Needs better management. They have a full staff and only one employee literally working. Management is lazy and the staff follows. Make your employees work! We ordered our food ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes after arriving to pick it up. 4 employees here and only one making food. Such a shame!
I am forced to give one star just to share my horrible experience. If I could I would give them negative 100 stars. First off on 03/24/22 between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. I had placed a to go order. They said they were very busy with me as the only customer in the building. I get it (Doordash). While I waited I observed the woman preparing a sandwich with gloves on and wiping her nose with the back of her glove then continued preparing sandwiches. She then takes her gloves off and starts packing orders in bags for Doordash at the same time she wipes her nose with her finger tips without gloves and scratches the back of her head. She then proceeds to put another pair of gloves on without washing her hands. Next the eye popper!!!! She is preparing my sandwich and asks me in Gen Z code what I wanted on it I asked her to say again two more times then she says Lettuce onion tomato etcetera I declined. When I placed my order I only wanted mayo on both sides of the bread and repeated it to her and she clearly understood and had my sandwich made when the dude working demanded I get up and walk over to the counter and tell her how I wanted it made. I told him she understood me and that the sandwich was finished. He then demanded again. I said it was done. He then told me again to do what he said or I can just leave. I said my meal was done and ready to be bagged. At that point he demanded I leave!!! So I just got up and walked out the door. I'm 54 Yrs old and refuse to be disrespected period. Went to Firehouse subs and was greeted with 3 welcomes and smiles and I even donated to the charity they have. Got 3 have a great nights as well.
Love this place! My grandfather and I have been coming here since it opened. The staff is very friendly and fast, and they always make sure to make your sub the way you want it. Great food, give it a try for sure.
Placed an order via their mobile app for pickup. They employees called 5 min later stating they were canceling my order because “they were the only ones there, they were short handed, and they had already cleaned their kitchen so they weren’t going to be able to make my order.”Absolutely the worst customer service. This is pure laziness and not caring about their patrons.I will take my business to a sub shop who wants my business.
