Absolutely one of the best restaurants in this area the food . The food is consistently excellent service is outstanding and the atmosphere really seals the deal. I highly recommend it if you want to have an outstanding evening in this beautiful beach town
In town for the week, we met up with some friends and had an amazing night out! Great company, atmosphere was spot on, service was excellent from the front of the house to the kitchen!Enjoyed a flavorful and juicy surf and turf and my husband had one of the best prime ribs prepared perfectly! Such a great new place for downtown Ft. Walton Beach! If you are looking for an awesome place to go out and have some drinks and dinner with friends, or looking for a classy date night- this is the place to go! Everything on the menu is sooo amazing! The chicken piccata (seriously- the BEST we have ever had!), the surf and turf (OMG! The steak is so flavorful and paired with grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies- definitely a favorite!). In the mood for something sweet? Their homemade bread pudding comes out hot with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream....just WOW....Absolutely a MUST if you still have room! They have live music every Friday and Saturday night, with a VIP section available - perfect for large parties and/or events. They are also open for Sunday brunch, with unlimited mimosa's available!Not only is the food outstanding- the service you will receive is exceptional. The owner is awesome- we found out that he named the restaurant after his 2 rescue dogs, Jake and Henry- which as huge animal lovers- that makes us love the place even more! ?❤ This is our new favorite spot!
What a great addition to downtown Fort Walton Beach. A 20's style Jazz dinner and show come to mind with the great decor, live bands, and a 4K LED Video wall that will mesmerize you! The bartenders are great no matter what you order! Margaritas, Manhattans, and Martinis are all shaken or stirred, or just a Jack and Diet chilled to perfection. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Come hungry as the Bang Bang Shrimp & Cheese Dip are must appetizers before indulging in a perfect Filet or Chicken Piccata!
The food is all phenomenal. Whoever is running their kitchen is extremely talented. The atmosphere is very comfortable yet classy. Live music is great.
First of all the food is delicious…I mean like really, really good. The bang bang shrimp is ?✨ and the steaks are cooked to perfection. The really special thing about Jake & Henry’s is the atmosphere. There is just nothing like it in Fort Walton…or the surrounding areas for that matter. The restaurant itself is STUNNING. It is the absolute perfect place for a romantic dinner date, girls night, or dinner with the family. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The owner is friendly and personable. I just cannot say enough good things. We will be back. This is our new spot!
Excellent atmosphere, with staff that is professional and courteous. Refreshing to find an upscale restaurant. The food was exquisite, but a bit pricey for the portion size. That said, I would gladly pay the price again for the quality of the food. I had the Linguini Alfredo with grilled chicken. Amazing.
