We were here on vacation. Gentlemen making our subs was very nice. Lady taking our order seemed put out and was very rude. My daughter and grandchildren were with me. She mentioned that she was a Firefighter Captain to which the lady just rolled her eyes. With all this, the man who made our subs did a wonderful job! They were really awesome. Even better than our Firehouse Subs back home.
Can't go wrong with the ever delicious FH! The crew here is great and always nice, even when they're busy.
I eat at this Firehouse almost every day. I can say not all Firehouses are created equal. There customer service is amazing and there sandwiches look like the pictures everytime! A+ PLUS

Clean store & friendly staff. Only 4 stars because I asked for sauce on the side but they forgot to include it in my to go order.

Tried to order our food online, ordering timed out multiple times. Tried to call, kept getting voicemail. Walked in, told it will be a 20 minute wait. I guess 2 people isn’t enough to make a sandwich? Called from the table to see if the phone was working and the cashier hit ignore in the call. Never had to work so hard to give a business our money
Fast service and sooooo good. Most chains in this area have low staffing and slow service. Firehouse showed up and out during my visit. Would eat at this location again. Very clean and friendly.
super tasty food at a great price, fast service and very consistent quality. One of our favorite lunch spots, easy access and plenty of parking close by.
Today was the most pleasant visit at this location!Coleen, Debra and Hailey performed excellently. They all had the best customer service, pleasant attitude and gracious service.
