Went in last week on 'R' day so of course enjoyed the surprise free sandwich. The staff were real nice and attentive despite being super busy.I felt bad for all the orders after I started eating, those door-dash orders take up alot of time.Food tasted good as always.
My husband and I ate the Italian and the Club on a Sub last night. My husband was up all night with severe food poisoning and mine started this morning. My husband had a sepsis scare at the ER when we went this morning for fluids and medication. The ER contacted poison control because of the severity. We've never had an issue here before. I called this morning to alert the store so they could check their food quality and cleaning methods, but was on hold for 10 full minute then hung up. I called again with no luck. We are now on the mend, but it was an unfortunate experience.
Went in and walked to the spot to order. Three employees available. Waited and waited for one to acknowledge me, but no one did. They we worried about some register discrepancy the prior day. After waiting turned and walked out. Turned and indicated that I was not even acknowledged the entire time I stood there waiting for them to take my order. No response.
The sign on the door said “Because we are under staffed, wait time will be 15-20 minutes”. They had 5 employees there, so I was confused about the under staffed part since I normally only see up to 5 employees working there. After 30 minutes I went up to the counter and politely asked how long I had left on my order, they said they were working on it now. 30 more minutes passed and it had been a whole hour since I had ordered. I am only allowed a 30 minute lunch break at my job and we are under staffed as well. So I went back to the counter and asked them how much longer on the subs because I only had a 30 minute break and it had been an hour now, so I may need a refund if it was going to be a lot longer of a wait. The manager instantly started getting me my refund. I said “How much longer on the subs though? Are you working on them now? Because I’ve waited for an hour now and I rather have my subs if possible. She said “Nope, I’m giving you a refund”. I said “are you working on the sandwiches though?” She said “It doesn’t matter, I’m giving you a refund”. I said “well these sandwiches are for me and my other two coworkers and we’re all hungry and also short staffed and I’ve been waiting for an hour, I would like the sandwiches.” It then only took 5 more minutes to get my three subs, I can only assume that they cobbled together what ever old trash they had in the back to make them. The manager and employee also made some sly remarks about me that I couldn’t quite hear. Once I received my subs I told them “Thank you!” In which I got a laugh and a “whatever” from the employee there. I took the subs back to my work, they were all stone cold. Me and my coworker had got the large meatball and the bread was cold, the meatballs looked very old and were cold all the way to the middle and the cheese looked like it was hours old. The cheese was thin, hard, cold and had a plastic type of feel and taste to it. Hopefully me and my co workers don’t get sick, because the food looked VERY old and after an hour wait! Worst tasting meatball sub I’ve ever had, disgusting! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a food place, do not go to this store!

These guys and gals make a very good meatball sub. I sure wish I could get crinkle cut fries with that.
Called in my order and it was ready in 10 minutes. The staff was very pleasant And acknowledged me when I came in the door. The food was excellent
Firehouse is the best turkey bacon ranch is my favorite and they steam the bun super yum. Plenty of toppings to choose from steak and cheese is also the bomb
Absolutely love their subs. So much better than anywhere else.
First time trying Firehouse Subs. Unsure at first as it took a little bit of time BUT....that's because they have lots of online orders and in house orders. Food was excellent!!!! I'll be back!
