I have spent many years alternating my time between Thailand and Florida and my wife is Thai so I am very familiar with the food both locally and international. Fire Thai Fusion is one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever experienced outside of Thailand, the food is authentic Thai. I've seen very few restaurants get it this right, it's very difficult to do as we don't have the herbs and produce readily available in the US, but FTF pulled it off this is the real deal. Highly recommend!
Food is delicious!!?? I’ll be back again ?
Awesome food. Fast. Yummy. Cool atmosphere. Great staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ?
We drove away from Pensacola to get lunch. The food was awesome!! My husband has fallen in love with crispy pork. While he was about to finish the food, he felt something in his mouth. It turned out it was a metal for scrubbing pads. We are really sad about it because this restaurant was about to be our new favorite place. I hope you will work on this immediately and be more concerned about clients' health! We look forward to having delicious and clean food again soon.
Since Facebook isn't letting me post a review -Got the pad Thai, and because I saw them talking about how the crispy pork takes over a day to make, I had to try the crispy pork. One word, AMAZING! Not a single complaint, large portions and very flavorful! The pad Thai was a little sweeter than I've had at other places but more flavorful, because I like my food very spicy it complimented the spice very nicely and made for a nicely balanced flavor profile.First time having crispy pork anywhere and the top was nice and crispy like a Chicharrón/pork rind but the meaty part is tender, moist, and flavorful. I cant compare the crispy pork to other places but I like their pad Thai more than surrounding places without a second thought.I originally found them in pensacola at a food truck festival and drove to their location in fort walton today because I HAD to have more. Also, when they add the mango and sticky rice, GET IT! I didn't believe her when she said the mangoes tasted like Thai mangoes but they were pretty damn close to the Thai mangoes I've had in the past. The coconut milk topping wasn't overly sweet so it made for a very nice dessert, not like some desserts that are really rich.
NEW LOCATION! They're right across the Goofy Golf off of Eglin Pkwy. I'm a food truck fan of theirs. The Beef and Broccoli ? dish is my favorite, they never miss. Veteran and family owned. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. I have my coworkers hooked
Tried almost everything from here. My go to favorites are the papaya salad esan style, crispy pork belly with basil / chinese broccoli and pad thai (very generous with the amount).
I'm Laotian and still new to the area. I order from here at least 2-3 times a month when I'm missing my grandma's cooking. I've tried every single thai restaurant close to me and this one hits home the most. So yummy!! ??
Great authentic Thai food from a stationary food truck on Elgin and Racetrack. Lots of rare dishes and BBQed specialists like grilled pork skewers. Boba tea too! Veteran owned and friendly service. A must-go for Thai food lovers!
Awesome roach in my pork kabobs, here’s the other stuff I ordered, and yea there is no order through Austin it’s through my friends doordash, nice response I got too. Good way to treat your customers
