They close at 8 but they should actually change the time to 15 min before 8 as I pulled up through the drive thru and no response so I knocjed on the locked front door until they had to acknowledge me (they tried to ignore me) and I saw who appears to be the manager ask one of the employees what time it was. How are you shutting down and not knowing what time it is??? I drove a long way to find a dunkin only for this garbage. I'll say the dunkin in my old town had issues but at least they stayed open until they actually closed.
I ordered a dozen of variety of ? online. Go to pick them up to only be told most of the ones we wanted, " someone bought them all up this morning" and she could just give us a variety, fine no problem, understandable. Thanks for charging us for OLD STALE ?. Like that wasn't good enough they put a tad bid of cream in it to call it a "Cream Filled ? .Very disappointed in the old ? and service we got!!
I do not recommend the location on Eglin parkway in Fort Walton Beach Florida. The manager is rude and makes up his own rules.
Went through the drive thru and Scott was the gentleman working. He was super nice and had excellent customer service! He even offered us fresh donuts that were being made. I definitely felt he should be recognized for his positive attitude and generosity.
Came here for Uber pick up the lady told me she did t have certain items the customer ordered. I’mJust the driver you should of told her that when she placed the order. The place isn’t organized at all knowing a holiday is coming up you’d think they would be prepared. This place is trash
Rude employees..will never come to this location again..Wanted a Carmel iced coffee decaf but was told rudely they were out of cold decaf..I took the decaf hot and when I got to the window the woman was very rude and rolled her eyes..she asked with a attitude “you want sugar in it Right ? “ I mean obviously it’s a Carmel coffee…coffee tasted like regular sugar coffee no Carmel..pretty sure it was caffeinated..DO NOT COME HERE..they seem to get angry whenever someone comes to order.
Just like the flavored coffee. Usually made right.
Slim to No glaze on fresh donuts which is unfortunate because I was excited to have American Dunkin Donuts extra sugary which should have been better than the British donuts we've had the past 4 years. 0 Stars
Four of us showed up and got croissants and coffee and they were totally rude and not friendly. They were acting really annoyed that we were even here. They screwed 2 of the drinks and didn't even take the right orders. They had to ask us like 6 times for our orders again. It took way to long. And when we told them they screwed it up they were super defensive. Its a terrible store. And then they got upset that we threw one of the orders out.
I am a door Dash her. And every single time I come to the store to pick up an order it has not been ready. They make you wait in line while people figure out what they want to order and then pay for it first. There’s no designated delivery area. Very slow. If you are a Dasher not take orders from the store. You have been warned.
