The crew at this location is awesome. They always go out of their way for me and I appreciate them so much. I get extreme anxiety going out to places so I really like online ordering and just going to pick something up quickly so I can just be in and out so I frequent here quite often. I also work crazy long and late hours so these guys really make my life easier. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I ordered a pan pizza and the staff was super friendly and I got my pizza very quickly, but it sucked! The pizza was doughy from not being cooked long enough and it just lacked flavor overall. I was VERY unimpressed!
The Domino’s on Beal Pkwy has drivers who are speeding through our residential neighborhood doing deliveries outside our neighborhood. One of these Domino cars (lit up sign on top) was going about 50 mph in our 20 mph speed zone down Sequoia drive and hit and killed a neighbors pet cat. He didn’t even slow down or stop when he did it. In my opinion Domino’s Pizza is awful tasting pizza as well as a rude business. When I called the business the “manager” would not give me his name and practically hung up on me.
Pizza pickup - The service has consistently been very good at both Ft Walton locations. The pizza has been done on time everytime, except maybe once when the pandemic caused a staff shortage. We enjoy the pizza, especially Pacific veggie and Hawaiian.
This location is a ZERO!!! This location is the worst Dominos in the country, and I will never order from Dominos anywhere, just because of how incompenent, rude, and disrespect the staff and managers are at this location, nobody cares at this location, and it shows!!!
We ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was awful. It was dry and cold. We order from you guys all the time and it's always great until this time. ?
I came to pick up my pizza after it said it was ready and they told me that it would take 5 minutes so I waited in my car for ten minutes I called but no body and then went back in and then had it waiting. It was cold dried out and wrong toppings. No customer service
Absolutely the best take out pizza I've had in a very long time. Denice took care of me. I felt bad didn't realize that it was 5mins to closing. He insisted on taking my order and the pizza was absolutely ? the best. Thanks so much and for that I'll be returning.
Tried ordering some items through their website, which I've done plenty of times in the past with no issue. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a popup saying I could get one of my medium 2-topping pizzas for free in exchange for switching from delivery to carry out--sweet! Upon going through the checkout process, I continually received errors saying something went wrong when I hit "submit" and that I should call the store directly. So, I called the store, thinking this would be a quick fix (a simple order of 2 pizzas and some cheesy breadsticks, after all), but was immediately put on hold. I've now been on hold for 15 minutes, listening to an incredibly repetitive recording listing off specials. I guess I am not getting pizza tonight, super disappointed. :/
