Fort Walton Beach on a Saturday after the lunch rush 1:15 pm. Only a couple of others seated. The staff was courteous and our order came quick, but we had to clean our own table. Not one had been cleaned from the previous customers. The floors needed a sweeping etc. This is a new location and everything looked new, but uncleaned. Maybe we came during shift change or short staffed or they didn't care. The burgers were very good as were the fries. Will try again but not for a while.
We came in around 7:40 and after placing our orders, we waited for almost 30 full minutes. We had only ordered some ice cream and a drink, and there were people coming in after us that got their items before us. The waitstaff was arguing loudly behind the counter and in the kitchen the entire time. When we finally brought up the fact that we still needed our ice cream, the waitstaff was rude and glared at us. They also got one of put ice creams wrong the first time. We now have our ice cream and are sitting in the dining room, which is very dirty, and most of the lights are turned off. The table is sticky. Would not recommend.
I paid $12.39 for a cheeseburger combo. I was not greeted for several minutes, I paid extra for a side of cheese that was freezing cold. I sat in the lobby which was not cleaned and obviously hadn't been in awhile, nor did someone attempt to in the time I was here. They were dead, yet online it says they're over busy. (Drive thru maybe but not inside), however, I was surrounded by food and litter all on the floor and tables. The napkin dispenser was completely empty in the lobby, the counters needed wiped down and the garbage on both sides were overflowing.I think they're possibly understaffed, but I think cleanliness should be at the top of the list at least. Aside from that my food was good. I hope the next time I choose to eat here that the inside will be up to par.
Good place for frozen custard. I love the concretes here they are so good, especially to dip fries in. The burgers here always have a fresh taste and the customer service is good. The main issue is that they are a bit slow.
Came to Culver's to celebrate Kindergarten graduation. Ordered cheese curds and ice cream for 6 people. The cheese curds came out quickly and were delicious. However, the wait for the ice cream seemed never-ending for all, especially a 6-year old celebrating graduation. We ordered at 8:26pm. At 9:10pm, I checked and the order hadn't been started and I was told they didn't have mint. So we revamped the order. Ice cream was finally here by 9:14pm. The girl at the counter was very nice and very apologetic. I think the problem was a young man who was very disinterested in doing his job.
Since i cant leave a review for the navarre location i will leave it here- after 20 min waiting for my custard i went to counter and asked- the cashier was taking someones order and checking her text messages. No order in that place
Needs new managers that actually care and staff that wants to work. My family loves the concrete mixers but we refuse to go there anymore. Even ordering online to pick up an hour later and still not ready.
Fish, had breading that was not cooked inside. Puffy coating was guey inside. Place was dirty, we were there at 11:00am, the place had 90 percent of the tables dirty. Asked for a rag to wipe my table as I choose one of the cleanest. Corporate needs to know this place is not being taken care of properly.
Had an early dinner at this location.Fish was undercooked, batter was still gooey inside. They never put coleslaw on our plates. They didn't give us utensils to eat with. They didn't give us tartar sauce. Couldn't find a clean table & there was food on the floor. They served our food on these plates, which were half melted. Really!? This location needs to be reported... I wonder how many other locations need to be reported.
Slow service. Employees using profanity and screwing around. Food was sub par and cold. Stopped in for lunch it was very disappointing. Not a good place.
