Lunch Cici's was a decent experience. I must compliment the variety of pizzas offered! With a buffet structure and for the price point, Cici's is pretty hard to beat, especially with such friendly staff and superb service. The food is good just nothing too outstanding.My only real critique on the establishment was the cleanliness. My wife's eating utensils had grime and were found to be a bit sticky. The table we initally sat at had some spill remains unfortunately.With cleaner utensils, tables, and other common surfaces, I would certainly return again but until then, I'll have to give it a high 3 as it has excellent potential for sure.
Friendly and welcoming employees. Always cleaning. Fresh pizzas even at 8pm. Mac n cheese pizza is the best! Kids were happy!
This location is honestly one of the best Cicis Pizza's I've been to. The staff are always so friendly and they do a nice job at keeping the place clean

Great cheap pizza to take the kids when you don't feel like cooking. My kids want to go all the time. It is always clean and staff is always so friendly and ready to make your pizza by request. Mac and cheese pizza is my favorite.
My family is like 3 × a week regulars... We asked for a specific pizza. The employee told the manager . Eileen the manager said it was on the buffet. It was not. Had it been we wouldn't of asked for it. I have a autistic child and he only eats particular items so hints the request. Simple pepperoni and sausage. 18 minutes later I had to go ask another employee to make the pizza. Then another 10 minutes had to return to the manager requesting the said pizza. She delivered it eventually. If the manager was less worried about taking selfies by the oven and bragging to customers about losing 30lbs in 8 months and focused on cleanliness and quality the visit would have been better. The staff is awesome and accommodating . cannot say the same for the manager tonight. The manager put a first day employee on the register and you can clearly see the anxiety on the new employee fumbling to ring in orders. The manager should have been on the register with said employee training next to her. Several different times in a 45 minute span the new employee had lines of people to the doors while struggling to ring in orders properly. I felt horrible for that employee. We love cici pizza and the owner . so we decided we will only visit the establishment when he is there. The food is great. The management when the owner is not there is a whole nother story.
Pretty quiet when I go, a lil unusual for a place like this. But the service is good, they great you nicely and food is great. Clean, arcade is a lil lacking but I'm not there to play.
Cici's, Everytime we go, is never a let down! Family friendly, courteous employees, and fresh food all around! Definitely worth taking your family to enjoy!
Nasty pizza.old from sitting too long, and terrible toppings. They use to be really good, sorry to say it's not worth the $25.i paid for one kid and two adult's. Wont go back.
Today during our visit, 2 of the employees were mixing a pan of what looked like mashed potatoes with their bare hands. One of these employees were the manager on duty. No gloves, spoon, nothing! The girls were wearing jewelry and acrylic nails. The amount of bacteria that grows around those are outrageous. I asked if they were going to place the food on the buffet and they said “no this is a to go order” I will not be returning until better food safety and handling is established.
