Easily the worst chipotle I’ve been to. We’ve given so many chances and ordered various items for online/pick up orders and it has been wrong or barely wrapped. When we go in it is always dirty and our things are just slapped together and over flowing (which I guess is good in some cases). You can tell the employees truly do not care. It’s just frustrating that it’s every. single. time. I’m sure I’ll be dumb enough to order again though. Y’all have a choke hold on me. To anyone reading this review, be warned.
Horrible! Manager had no hat long hair all over the place touching food without gloves place was disgusting every table filthy. Just gross! Cashier gave no receipt for food! Had to go back in and ask. Horrible horrible horrible. This is why fort Walton can’t have nice things!! Shouldn’t of gave one star! Where is corporate on this
Quality that never disappoints. My family eats here a couple of times per month. I get chicken bowl (with HOT sauce), husband gets beef bowl (with more HOT sauce), and daughter likes the beef burrito. The fresh ingredients and attentive, kind employees are a winning combination. I will say, that if the employees weren't nice, we wouldn't go back...but we'll be back to this one!
Just left that location. Ordered a 3 taco meal. No lettuce, no drink and no side ( chips and dip)was available. Young lady said the only way to get a side is to order it online. This location sucks. I have patience for short staff but not multiple products unavailable.
Had a really good experience tonight at the store. Nicholas and Makayla were really great about our online order not going through (the Chipotle app glitched). They were able to put together our order quickly, which we greatly appreciate! Everyone was very friendly, smiling and personable. The restaurant was clean and the parking lot was nicely landscaped. The main thing is how amazing the two employees (Nicholas and Makayla) were at helping us! Will be visiting again soon!
When Chipotle Mexican Grill opened in Fort Walton Beach, the line at the drive in stretched around the building and out to the street. As I have never been, I took this as a sign that there was finally a really good place to go for Mexican food.I waited for weeks for the lines inside and out of the building to taper off so I could try the food there. What a disappointment! On my first and only visit, I was greeted by a surly woman behind the buffet line who clearly did not want to be bothered with helping me. Because I was not familiar with the way Chipotle did things and what some of the offerings were, she had to actually do her job, which obviously did not sit well with her.My "bowl", when all the ingredients were assembled, totaled eighteen dollars and change! I could not believe how expensive it was and how mediocre the food turned out to be.With poor service, below average food that is much too expensive for what you receive, I'm not sure how much longer this place will continue to be open.I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but Chipotle is a definite miss in my book.I certainly hope things improve there or this location will not be in business very long.
Water poured out of the hard tacos. Flavor was good, execution was poor. First time, last time.
Order a salad bowl for pickup in the drive-up lane. Got home to enjoy my lunch only to find no salad on my salad bowl. Not a single shred of lettuce or salad mix in my bowl. They made sure to put the vinaigrette in the bag. But there was no salad mix to put the vinaigrette on!And this ain't the first time something has been wrong with my pickup order.Come on Chipotle FWB, do better.
This Chipotle has become so much better. I have Celiacs disease, they take great care to make sure they don't cross contaminate my food with the other food. The staff is very sweet and friendly. As a general rule I always ask for a manager to prep my food just to be safe. I've had 2 managers handle my food and both were great. April (manager) recognizes me instantly and has learned my order. She is very friendly and personable. If you have a gluten intolerance or celiacs disease this is a safe place to go in my opinion, as long as you let them know.
Always yummy. Never overly polite staff and for goodness sake can't they give us some chips! Just throw a handful on the side man.
