I love going to “D’s” but recently the fish batter has been thick and uncooked on the inside. The reason may be as simply as not enough staff and a need to pre-prep the fish to speed up the process. The reason I say this is because when I ordered and went to the drive-through there was one worker doing everything. She was working her butt off by taking orders, serving food, at the register, to the drive through window for payments then back to the registers. She was amazing but worn out. I believe if the staffing was there then the food will go back to what it once was, deliciousness.
The only reason I continue to come to this place is nostalgia it renumbered me of home. But the service is not cool.. they don't know how to take multiple payments and they made me lessen my order because they couldn't figure out how to take cash and card... then they all didn't give me what I was able to pay for. And this has happened more than once...
Drive thru service & food has been good for years.But they have a high turnover of employees. Makes me think something is bad working there. Or irritating person/ supervisor!!??
Totally ridiculous! Just spent over 30 minutes stuck in a take out line (car #2)... when finally arriving to pick up my food was informed they were out of the potato I'd ordered, didn't have any salad to substitute and then to totally ruin my meal, didn't even have tartar sauce. Had wanted to eat in to begin with, but now I'm stuck with taking home cold fish.
Out of the three Captain Ds I travel past this ones my favourite. The food always tastes so fresh. The bathrooms are always clean.
They was good fresh and hot the drive-thru employee not so much but I'll overall not bad experience
I always enjoy this Captain D’s everyone is always nice, my food is always hot, and my order is always right. I do wish however the company would update the building.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a blackened tilapia. As you can see from the pictures it was raw.
Captain D's used to be a 4 however for the last year not up to par. The food is still delicious however that's because my friend and I have to have it made again because of their mess ups. Not as polite as they used to be. If you ask for condiments or napkins they act like they are doing you a favor. We keep going back thinking it's gonna be right the next time. We usually go on Seniors Day Wednesday. Also we don't go during the busy time like lunch hour or dinner, they are not busy! No excuses for their behavior. I also know it's a difficult time for finding good help. We will try again because they have decent prices. Hopefully it will be a better visit. Also we have been going there for years.
