The service there is very poor. The person taking the order at the drive thru does not have the time to take your order she puts whatever she wants on you order and you dear not query your bill because I was told I can't pay for my order that's why I want to know what I am being charged for. There is always an issue to place an order and to get what you order. Manage is equally rude as the person taking the order. The burger king is right next door to me but I prefer to make the trip to the one on Mary Esther
Rude employees and pretty run down. I won’t eat here anymore because I’m afraid of getting sick.
Service is slow. Had us pull up twice even though we were the only car in drive though. Signs falling down, and menu board is not accurate. Items listed are discontinued and other parts are falling off so you can't read them. The food was as expected.

New management has really improved the performance of this store. I have to commend her on her efforts. Prices are good and in-line with other food stores. Workers are there to work and are performing. I'm not personally happy with their fries. I also feel that the extra cost of adding tomato and cheese slices to my original chicken sandwiches, should not be. Their motto "Have it your way", no longer exists. It does, but you pay more to "have it your way".

I didn't know how this place stays open BUT the 2 ladies who were working last night were absolutely THE BEST!! Got my order EXACTLY the way I wanted!!! Keep up the great work!! THEY ARE HOW A BUSINESS IS RAN!
I think they can do okay at the Burger King Fort Walton on Mary Esther boulevard through the drive-thru only they cannot seem to hire people the management does not know how to train and hire the proper people they keep going through employees like it's snowflakes falling
