The food was great but that's not what I'm here to talk about. Our server was fantastic! Felicia took great care of us with everything that we needed and really hit it off with our 6-year-old daughter. Our daughter was chatting it up every time she stopped at our table, hopefully not keeping her from providing great service to all of her other guests, but Felicia smiled and went along with every conversation. At the end of our dinner, our daughter complimented her necklace and said it was beautiful, and that's when Felicia took her necklace off and gave it to our daughter! We couldn't believe it! Since we left the restaurant, that's all our daughter has talked about and she will probably never take that necklace off! Great food, outstanding service, and we will most definitely be back.
To keep it short... Great food, reasonable prices, fast seating, and wonderful atmosphere.A bit longer: My wife and I are here in the area with our children and grandchildren and this was our "date night" to get out by ourselves.I think Crystal was our waitress and she made sure our meal was a pleasant one. Thanks Crystal and thanks Ali for a gem of a place to visit. I've already recommended to friends and family if they are ever in the area and we'll be sure to come back for more of your hospitality and good food.
My husband and our best friends were in Ft. Walton this weekend for the Cooper Alan show and we’re in search of authentic Italian food which led us to Ali’s. The food was amazing!! I highly recommend the bruschetta and fried ravioli as far as appetizers. I can’t leave out our server Alexis. Always smiling and was quick to answer our questions about the menu. She was very helpful and sweet. We will definitely be recommending Ali’s and telling our friends to request Alexis.
We read that Ali's had great reviews, so my husband and I decided to give them a try when we visited Ft. Walton for an anniversary trip. Everything, every detail, even the quality of the Italian Bread and the fresh olive oil and herbs to dip it in was perfection! My husband was very impressed with the light but perfect flavor of the Chicken Marsala. And my Grouper was light and flavorful. Gelato was excellent as well. Wait staff was very attentive and didn't miss a thing. We will definitely be back!
So glad we found Ali’s while doing a Google search for restaurants. Absolutely the best food we’ve had in a long time. Everything from being seated right away (Wednesday evening), atmosphere, food & service was amazing. Lauren, our server was nice & made great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back while visiting next year for another great anniversary dinner.
My husband Logan and I have been coming to Ali’s since the day they opened. This is by far one of the best quality dining experiences in this town. Not only is the food consistently outstanding every single time, all the waiters, waitresses, and staff are so incredibly kind. Ali and his family are there every night helping as if they’ve never owned the place.I recommend Alis for all families and couples. The environment is perfect.Thank you Ali and family for setting the standards so high.
We had a very nice dinner at this restaurant the food and service were veery good. The atmosphere is also very nice. I would recommend this restaurant for a special couples dinner.
Based on the reviews I read for this place I gathered that we should either go early or make a reservation. We showed up when they opened at 3pm and had no problems being seated promptly. The service was very efficient and friendly. The food was delicious. One of our dining party got the portabella ravioli and the white sauce that it was in was fantastic! My veal parmesan was very good. We look forward to dining there again and trying something different every time. The restaurant is very attractive and clean. We're so pleased to have found a good Italian restaurant so close to Okaloosa Island.
