I placed an online ordered to skip the line (that’s what the recommended) only to get there 23-33 mins later to get that they’re barely gunna start my order and they weren’t even busy! Only but two customers in the place. I got my food and it wasn’t even done properly.The wings were overly cooked & the fries weren’t even made correctly either. The staff had a unwelcoming attitude & they didn’t look they even wanted to work by the way they cooked my meal. Also they didn’t have any fountain drinks apparently even after I called just to see if they had raspberry lemonade the lady on the phone had said YES. I think new energetic employees with great mindsets should be put to work here because the current workers aren’t it!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. EXTREMELY LIMITED MENU. ALL AROUND SUBSTANDARD. There’s a wide variety of locally owned and franchise business in the area, this establishment is not even worth consideration. If I could give them less than one star I would.I have ordered here twice for pick-up. Both times have been a disaster. The first time I stood in front of the register for 10 minutes, while employees looked at me, but no one would walk 5 steps to ask me how they could help me. Finally someone asked why I was bothering them and I picked up my order.The second time, I figured since the food was good I’d try again… big mistake! Half of my order was missing. When I asked why, they said they didn’t have it. Grateful to have been acknowledged by the staff this time, I left with the bag I was handed. I was still charged for everything even though I only received a partial order.I will say Wing Stop as a franchise, might be innovative and well branded, this location is the bottom of the barrel. Apathic staff, poor management, and an inability to perform basic service operations go completely unnoticed or with utter disregard from corporate.
Only been here a few times since we drive here from Melbourne. The food has been great each time and the wings have been a good size. Definitely best ranch around. The Bayou BBQ is our favorite.The customer service has been nothing but great the few times we've been here. We usually get it to go and eat in the car before the drive home, and they never have a problem hooking us up with extra napkins and plates/trays. No complaints about this place.
Very friendly atmosphere. I was offered a drink when waiting on someone else's order for delivery. That was very nice, thank you. I have been to there many times. The garlic and parmesan chicken is my favorite and they make the best ranch dipping ever!
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the food was just as good!! I come here at least twice a month for a treat. Well done wing stop ft pierce!
On our way to leave town and save time, we stopped at "Wingstop". Bad move!!! Very bad move!!! I ordered online and my husband went in, only to wait because one person was training and another was doing all of the service. When my husband came out, I was just happy to get home and eat. Nope... not happening!! The grease that was in the chicken was disgusting, to say the least. It was not about draining, it was about not knowing how to cook. I removed the chicken from the container and to my horror, cups of cooking grease was at the bottom!!!! No amount of draining could help this chicken. I also ordered fries (remember when I said online), they were covered in cheese. No, I did not order this. I should have known something was amiss, when I saw the bags covered in oil all over the outside of the bags. Once I dealt with the chicken fiasco, I proceeded to go to the next oily bag. I opened and lo and behold, the biscuits had mounds of butter all over them so much that it seeped through the bag. I was so angry to have wasted my money and time. I ended up making dinner for all of us. :(
The owner of this franchise needs to be at his business to see what’s going on. This place when it first opened was run so well. No one seems to know what they are doing in the kitchen. They also need to get there hands off their dirty phones. Been waiting 20 minutes and still no food. There is a young lady that has been waiting way before me and they don’t even know where her order is. No ice in the soda machine and the soda machine is so sticky it’s gross. The tables are sticky too. Bad attitudes behind the counter and in the kitchen. Now at a 40 minute mark sitting and waiting for my order.
Ok so I do see things getting better, unfortunately...i still having to wait when i order online. It's getting the point im ordering 45 min early before I take my lunch break just to have to wait an additional 15 minutes after arriving to see my order wasnt even done and sometimes not even started. My last visit before this was amazing the young gentleman in front is great! I work at a lab I also am a manager for Starbucks and I know times are hard but when I pull in and the lobby has nobody in it and I place an order 35-45 ahead of time I was hoping for it to be ready. There was a few times my online order was over looked and I had to wait for my entire order! This was when this one particular manager is there. I can tell she isn't happy with her job, food is never ready on time when I come in to this manager on duty and I see many customer on here having this same issue. I love this place, but I have been trying to figure when some people aren't working in order to order my food so I know I can enjoy my whole lunch break. I get one break the whole day and it's frustrating when my fries are undercooked and my food isn't hardly ready..very disappointed ..even tho today was better, I saw the big boss there and I figured that was why. Prices are rising and quality should match it. That is all. Thank you
We ordered ahead online so that I could swing by really quick and pick them up on my way home. It took me 30 minutes to get there and once I arrived, I waited what felt like an eternity for our food. Order was confirmed online 5 minutes before 8. Received our food at 9:05. The wings are good (if they change the oil...and we have on occasion agreed that was definite something that could improve...in which case you'd see alot of overcooked, not great tasting food) but every single time we've been here the wait has been horrendous. If you want wings, order an hour and a half before you want to get them. I wondered to myself if anyone there is making enough money to even care about their job. I know what it's like to have an employer that asks much and gives little. This place used to be good...but something about the company structure, rate of pay or management must have chased away anyone who cared long ago. Also, if you're ordering online, just know-The company's software is completely out of line with what expected wait times should be. This is a structural issue that could have saved you this awful review and many others. Fix it and we'll go again. Your lead chefs who pick product and write process on cooking the food are on point, otherwise we'd never consider coming back again. Pay people enough to CARE. Also, wings were over cooked tonight...again...in unchanged oil.
This particular location was very short staffed today and they made sure to do the best they could to be pilot, take orders as quickly as possible, and the food cooked up and served while still ensuring quality. Hats off to the team today as they are working harder than they should have to to make sure customers recieve service and maintain quality. If the store management ends up seeing this, make sure you're taking care of your team from today, they are clearly taking care of your interests.As always, wingstop is a favorite of ours.
