The worst fast food experience I've had in years. Took over 40 minutes to receive my very simple and small order. Seemed like chaos behind the counter, no one knew anything and there was a clear lack of leadership.
Staff was amazing.. I went in to get some condiments for my son's potato and I spotted these big crayons I thought they may be for the kids meals but I was sure so I asked what they were the and the lady working there said it's for our kids meals and tossed me one. I was in a bad mood but her attitude put me in a better mood. I don't remember her name or the other staff that was there that night but they all had amazing customer service skills,they were all friendly, The restaurant was clean,the food was good and they didn't mess my huge order up..
Don’t eat here!! Michael at the drive through couldn’t even get my order right and then when I asked for what I ordered he argued with me that I didn’t order that. The lovely so called manger Rose didn’t even come when I asked to speak with her to get what I paid for. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I normally like Wendy's as far as fast food goes, but this location was absolutely the most disgusting one I visited in a long time! Bathrooms smelled, pee puddles everywhere and overall looked like they never get cleaned. I'm told women's restroom was worse. The counter and dining room could have used a good cleaning as well. Then the food!! It was absolutely disgusting, from an aftertaste on the fries that we couldn't eat to the burnt to a crisp nuggets. Only the burger was salvageable. Hopefully they read and work on addressing. I mean, I understand a busy location, but I've been to far busier that look immaculate!
Food has been good for the most part but it could be a little fresher. 4 stars because the Employees are FANTASTIC and quick to take your order and get you your food.

Terrible customer service and demeanor. Clueless as to how to honor mobile app deals. Bathroom had urine and toilet paper on floor, skip this location.
Nothing but complainers in the other reviews. Purchased a couple Jr cheeseburgers and some 6pc nuggets in the drive thru. Order was perfect and prompt. Food was warm and tasted great. Wendy’s has top 2 Coca Cola, behind McDonald’s.Lady who took my order was friendly, and thanked me for the visit.
