One of the cleanest fast food joints around. Went thru drive thru today and was greeted right away. Order was perfect. Staff was very very friendly and professional. Dined in a few times and dining room is always clean as well as the bathrooms.
Very unprofessional, staff acts like they have no idea what they're even doing. Employee walk away from me mid order.
First time to a Wendy's. You can't tell me that "meat" isn't frozen. I took a couple of bites and threw it out. Won't go to a Wendy's again.
Always amazes me how well staffed they are. Food is hot!
Went yesterday afternoon and the guy at the drive through (manager i think) made my trip a great one. He was in a great mood and made my day a bit better. I hope you take care of him.
they were very kind and got our food out as soon as possible, but the poor workers looked very tired and overworked :( i felt really bad for them amd tried my best not to be top difficult, but they were very sweet and i haven't had an order wrong with them before!
What a great experience at this Wendys. Norma was amazing!!! She was so patient and gave us a big bag for our food. Any other employee wouldn’t have had the thought and consideration that Norma had for us. It is really appreciated.
Once again, I went to the drive thru at Wendy's on the corner of Midway and U.S. 1, and they, once again, we're perfectly on point. I ordered lunch for 6 people in the middle of the day.......at LUNCHTIME, people. And I got everything I ordered, plus they didn't forget the napkins, the ketchup (lots and lots), the salt, straws......all that good stuff. And, of course, I got service with a smile, both the lady that took my money, and the lady that put my order together and gave it to me were smiling. Seeing people happy like that always puts me into a better mood.Y'all should go there to get your lunches/dinners......whatever. I predict y'all will be pleasantly pleased.
I am not a fan of this type of eating. However since I-95 had shut down this exit ,I went east to US 1 and grabbed Lunch at Wendy's. Then North on US 1until I was able to get back on I-95 North Bound to GA.
It has the right ambiance. Quiet enough to check my messages. The food is good and friendly service.
