Lobby is always closed by 7pm what fast food place closes that early then you sit in drive thru for over 25 mins because they take one car at a time and wait to give them there food before taking the next car absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give 0 stars

Anyone wanna explain why this was under the lettuce of one of my Jr bacon cheese burgers yesterday? Good thing I remove the lettuce.... it's plastic whatever it is. Maybe half a bread tie or something?
This Wendy's is open late and consistent with the brand. If you like Wendy's, you won't be disappointed.
I'm absolutely discussed with the customer service tonight. My husband purchased $50 worth of food, 2 Large meals and they gave us small fries. Our kids 4 for $4 got spicy chicken nuggets when we asked for regular nuggets.They forgot to give us our coke, my husband went back to get our coke was accused that hes trying to get free cokes, the lady at the window responded when my husband asked for a cup holder was "put it on the side of your doors". Very Rude Service
Person at drive thru wouldn't let me finish a sentence before asking "what else". Went to window to pick up food and they forgot to give me my extra coke I bought. They told me it wasn't on the receipt when clearly it was and both man and lady were very abrupt with me. I will not go back anymore.
Sweet tea was sour. Employee very rude said he couldn’t take the drink back. Don’t give a nasty tea and expect someone to take it.
Drove up here on my motorcycle on Sunday to enjoy a morning ride. Came here from breakfast expecting the inside to be open as it's listed as 9:00 a.m. on Google. Once I get here at 9:40 in the morning the doors are still locked. I tried getting someone's attention no one wanted to answer I tried calling nobody answered.Edit:I had to change my review from one star to four. The manager is very courteous and when one of his employees came in from using the restroom he reminded him he had to wash his hands a second time in front of customers upon reentering the kitchen area. He kept his staff moving fluidly side of the store was immaculate. These things easily made up for the door not being open on time. Other than that one issue the manager is doing a wonderful job.
Tried to get 2 frostys at 7:45 PM and both doors are locked on a Monday evening.... SAD ....... The people working inside move like sloths typically when the doors are open...
The customer service was ok but the work ethic was horrible. I'm disgusted?
