This is the most disgusting service and food I ever been. The all crew are very rude, no manners. The kitchen stuff were screaming each other and the people that were waiting were listening everything. My husband asked for a cheese pizza but it was not cooked and when he asked for another one, the lady said he has to wait. My pasta was ok but the meat balls were too bad. This plaza is open 24/7 and should have an excellent service and food for all the travelers from all states.
Probably the most vile pizza I’ve had in my life. My daughter and I took three bites each and decided to throw it out even though we paid like $15. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. This was well deserved.

This place’s city baked is HORRIBLE and the attention of the lady that works there (today; Sept. 18, 2021 - 7:45PM ) was WORSE than the city baked.On top of that I asked her for some grated Parmesan Cheese - since they ran out of it by the self service racks - and she said she doesn’t have more.When she left the premises a gentleman - that also works there - got close to me and gave me what I asked for.

Massive line with 1 person working. Zero sense of urgency, didn't even speak to the customers. Just looked at them got the food walks to the register without saying a word. Ran out of pizza didn't have any others in the oven ready to go .. zero preparedness no effort they don't care at all. Get something else to eat. At this level, they are likely cutting corners with sanitation as well.
Pizza, and customer service, lacking flavor and personality! It made my wife sick and we barely made it to our hotel room. We had to stop twice along the roadway during heavily congested traffic to not make a lot of mess inside our car. When TRYING to ask questions to the employees if you received any kind of response at all you were LUCKY! If you received ANY HELP at all, you were lucky. The pizza and spaghetti lacked flavor and I certainly would not have considered it anything close to Italian. STAY AWAY and go get a doughnut next door. It will be a much better experience!
The dish looked decent but the spaghetti, sauce and meatballs were all tasteless. The spaghetti was also overcooked. Really disgusting. I wouldn't mind paying the high prices if the food was edible. I tried, but threw it away after 3 bites.
Workers are in slow motion. 4 staff present and only one helping patrons. Greetings nonexistent. Gave a star cause no option for ZERO!!!
The food was great but the service of the heavier set guy was the rudest person a restaurant can have, if the owner is reading this, just throw your investment money away, what good is the food if the people running the place have an attitude and are rude to the customers.
