Still trying to reach the store. I placed an order for my employees and we never received it. The Door Dash driver only showed up with the drinks, not all the food. When we asked about it, he said he would go back to the store and bring it back. Never heard from him again. The store will not answer the phone. So until I see the charge refunded on my card, I guess it could be considered theft? Very upset that I cannot select 0 stars. Order # 9479974945472512
I had ordered twice today ( Uber & Grubhub) and each time the order was wrong. How is that even possible to make a simple order with 2 items wrong 2x within 1 hour!? I had ordered a shrimp wrap. The first time I got a flatbread with no idea what and the second time a wrap with chicken. The sweet potatoes did not taste at all.Next time I'd rather go to another location.
My smoothie came out quick but it took 16 minutes for my chicken flatbread to come out. 4 other people got their food before me
Went in for lunch me and my boss got two smoothies, açaí berry blast with whey and peanut butter, and a blueberry bliss. The smoothies were literally straight ice basically and we both threw them away after two sips would give 0 star but you know! Go to diff location! They need training here!
Customer service is non-existent. 3 employees just look at you while you wait for your order, walking back in fourth from the kitchen while ignoring you. Customer service training needs a revamp here
Absolutely the worst smoothies I've ever had and I love tropical smoothie this location has screwed my order three times it tasted like chemicals today not acceptable for $7 drinks can't get a hold of them on the phone voicemail is full no thanks
I’ve ordered a smoothie with an edible straw 4 times, three of those times they did not include it. Also refuse to answer their phone. Peanut butter and banana flatbread tasted aweful as well.
Sitting in here as I write it, employees were sitting around doing nothing even though the place is incredibly dirty, ordered a turkey swiss but got a completely different sandwich, food tastes ok and the smoothie is okay but overall will not be back, shame because I heard this place was good :(
Incompetent employees. Specifically asked for no chicken on everything we ordered and low and behold, all of it has chicken. Then when we try calling the stores phone number and a recording says they are no longer accepting phone calls. They got the smoothie correct but failed to include the edible straw we paid extra for. Terrible service. I should have looked at the large amount of one star reviews this location has before ordering.
