Group of us visited recently. I ordered the "goat cheese' pizza. In all fairness, it was ok. Not the best, not the worst. Crust nice and light and crisp, properly a Neopolitan style. As I was eating it someone asked me what I'd ordered, and as I am saying "goat cheese pizza" I am wondering where the goat cheese was. I almost asked the waitress, then I saw the very tiny crumbs on the pie. Ok, that's it I guess. The largest piece I could find was maybe pea-sized, the majority of it extremely tiny crumbs. The problem is, when goat cheese is like that, you can't really taste it. Fortunately, it was not overly salty, but then, it was a tad bland. Red pepper flakes gave it a little zip. Also, I requested the pesto on the side, thank goodness. When it arrived, it was one of those little dressing cups - 1/2 of it oil (an not a wonderful tasty olive oil, if it was olive oil, it was bland) and the other half, the pesto. This, "drizzled" on the pizza would have made it inedible. For $13, I think they could've spared more of the headline ingredient. I have never understood why this place is called a "bistro" when it's clearly a sports bar. The old signs on the wall are fun to look at.

Grabbed lunch as 2nd street bistro while visiting family in Ft Pierce. It is located downtown in a large brick building. We both had the shrimp tacos which came loaded with fat fried shrimp, slaw and dressing. it comes with 2 tacos, and 2 sides. The service was initially slow. After being seated it took awhile for someone to acknowledge we were there. One of the wait staff noticed we were waiting and took our drink order. After that our server was most attentive. its a funky sports bar type restaurant with lots of TV’s. There was a screen playing some funny memes that had me laughing. I would recommend stopping by this bistrol

Has a very local feel not fancy but friendly I had the pizza with cauliflower crust it's very good, we will go back again

Very good food and service. We shared a mussels appetizer which was very good. I had the chicken caesar wrap and my gf had the Ahi Tuna. Both were very good with the Ahi winning overall.Caesar dressing was a little watery as was the ranch for my fries. Which is the reason for only 4 stars, otherwise it was a good experience. We will return.

this place needs to be avoided we have been here for about an hour and we are still waiting for our food. The excuses that are being made for the wait are are not believable. obviously the management doesn't care about the customers experience here. the food is good but the wait and the excuses are tedious.

Great variety! There really is something for everyone. In my party we got pizza, salads (the vanilla vinaigrette was unusual & delish) wraps, and the chicken fingers. Portions were generous and everything was tasty. Emily provided excellent information, recommendations, and service. Nice large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

My son took 6 of us out to dinner for my birthday. We lucked out and got a table outside. Jenna was our server and she was excellent. We was very accommodating and efficient. She explained the specials and took our orders. Everyone really liked their entries and I got the jambalaya which was really good. The first time I went to the 2nd St Bistro I did not like it at all. We went a month ago for the hamburger special and that was good so I decided to come back and was glad I did. Just goes to show that sometimes you need to give a restaurant a second chance.

We came here because the brewery next door, kitchen was closed. There menu is HUGE! I had the taco special and my partner had the Italian Panini Press which he thought was 4.5 the fries were just ok. My tacos were fine, average, the rice was ok, not a lot of spice to them didn't get the beans. Actually adding the inside of my taco to my rice made it the perfect flavor together. The server was nice a long as you are. When I pointed out something was incorrect on the bill she got snippy. I wouldn't go again, if he likes the sandwich he can get it to go.

Jambalaya was excellent. Husband’s taco salad was good also, quite large. Many many craft beers on tap. Friendly staff. Only downside is, pints of beer almost everywhere are now 5-7 $ a glass?. Either you pay and drink, or ask for water (so far that’s free ?)

Came here for lunch with a friend for my first time. We sat outside on the east side of the building. Plenty of parking there. No need to look for a "spot." It was lunch time so I had the soup and sandwich special. I had a turkey sandwich and a bowl of the Bistro Chowder. The chowder was an upcharge of a $1. Well worth it! One of the best I have ever had. Washed it all down with a cold draft Ultra. Check out their website for specials. I liked the place and we'll be back with more friends!
